Giant Oreo Cheesecake Ice Cream

Just mix them in order! This is an easy way to make Oreo cheesecake ice cream.It's also a great summer birthday cake because it's easy to make, even in large sizes.Mix in a bunch of your favorite Oreos and freeze them so you don't have to mix them in the middle.You can enjoy a smooth and rich ice cream.
Recipe (1200ml container for 1)
1. Smooth 400g cream cheese.
Return to room temperature or microwave at 600W for 30 seconds, then add more heat while watching the situation.
2.Whisk 360ml of whipping cream to about 80% stiffness.
3.Mix 2 eggs with 120 g of sugar. No problem with the hand mixer used in (2).
4.Mix the cream cheese from (1) into the fresh cream from (2).
5.Add (3) and mix.
6.Divide the 9 Oreos and mix them together.
7.Pour (6) into the mold.
8.Place the sponge cake (size 6, 18cm in diameter).
9.Place 7 crushed Oreos around the sponge cake.
10.Chill and harden it in the freezer.
11.Remove it from the mold.
12.All done! Cut them into pieces. Delicious!
