How NOT to whip on dirt jumps 🤣

Learning dirt jump tricks as a 5 year old had us thinking - what if we started making a series of easier / beginner tricks on bikes?
Starting with this one... the best beginner dirt jump tricks. This video is more to show what the tricks look like - it isn't a how to guide by any means as that's been done a million times on KZhead. And because let's face it... we aren't pro riders or coaches either!!! So take this from us... these really are the easiest and best beginner dirt jump tricks that you can try - AS LONG AS you're able to do a basic jump. Some of the tricks you can try without clearing jumps... for example a whip... maybe a one footer... you can land on a table and survive these as long as you bring the bike back straight again and get your foot back on the pedal (or be ready to sit or ride out the rest of the jump one footed!!)
Harley started riding dirt jumps only a matter of weeks after turning 2... and first learning how to ride. HOW IRRESPONSIBLE I hear people say... but we didn't just 'set him free' down a dirt jump. We ran along side him, holding his jumper so he couldn't get too fast... oh and we only started him half way down the easiest line. Fast forward 3 years and now he's showing us how to do tricks at the dirt jumps - so we decided hey, let's capture this!
Our noob level top tips for looking more pro:
Top tip for a whip: right foot forwards = whip the back wheel to the right, left foot forward = whip the back wheel to the left
Top tip for a one footer or one hander: start off by just taking the weight off the pedal/handlebar with ONE chosen side... either left foot/hand OR right foot/hand. Practice it. Start lifting your hand/foot away then putting it back in place before you land.... until eventually you're taking it all the way off!
