Very nice, i like your tips and if i may add, i have always cut acrilic with a circular saw and a blade for fine cutting. It is so fast, just a few seconds, depending on the size of the cut and the edges are just perfect.
Brilliant!
Thanks for the great tips. I am using these tips to produce a cover for our Sail Boats Helm Instruments.
Muy buenos tips, sencillos para personas que están iniciando para trabajar el acrílico..

Dude that was awesome
Can you bend a larger sheet of acrylic (18" ) with a heat gun, or should you only use a heat bending device?
Difficult to keep a long length of acrylic evenly hot with a heat gun. I have tried , and it did work , ( but not perfect along the entire length ) . I ended up making a bender.
seguo sempre, questo video poi è molto interessante

Very nice presentation. Good info. Thank you for your efforts.
How do you get the not quite 45-degree angle to join two sherys of acrylic for running liquid acrylic like tensol 70 in the gap to get the invisible very strong join? Dose it have to be a router?
👏👏 Perfect.. simply perfect tutorial and video editing. ✌️😎👍
Hi Bro, in cutting plexiglass, you can use the back portion of the fresh blade of the cutter, specially for cutting thicker size of plastic sheets
Cuts faster as well.
Thank you for this information. I wanted to use plastic plexiglass for project, 😁👍🏿
Muy completo y con los tips para evitar errores. muchas gracias
certo che chi mette pollice verso debba proprio avere serissimi problemi esistenziali....... Sempre grande Dasniele !!!!!
Grande Daniele. Sei sempre un riferimento. Un consiglio: a che temperatura è la pistola termica x piegare il plexiglass?
Ciao Daniele, complimenti! Potresti fare un video/una serie di video su come utilizzare l'oscilloscopio? Sarebbe davvero bellissimo

I wat to make double wall acrylic similar to double wall POLYCARBONATE sheets. Do you think the double wall acrylic with have a better insulation property's that the double wall polycarbonate ? I'm attempting to make a glass studio/office.

Chulada me encanto
Somebody mentioned once that if one add some liquid soap to the cooling water when drilling, it will give a cleaner cut. Same thing must go for the cooling, when cutting with a saw of any kind. Perhaps smear some jelly soap along the cutting line i addition before cutting. I will try it out with a wet saw.
Very nice video bro
First good use I've seen for a mask.
Just use Olfa-Acrylcutter for 10€ for thin and medium thick Plexy. It cuts a square groove instead of pushing the material to the side wich makes an messy unstraight cut wich needs to be corrected. You can even make holes in the middle of the plexy without destroying the whole plate. Its what proffessional modelbuilders use, safer, easier and you need no lifehecks.
Wow. Amazing tips and tricks, thanks for sharing 👌
Can you tell me what kind of hole cutter that is with the white stuff around it? I am talking about the one at 9:10 in your video. Thank you.
This is exactly what I was looking for, but subbing because of hisoka
HI, thanks for your video. Have you tried using a Dremel to cut acrylic or Plexiglass. I live in a small apartment and can have bigger tools
It can melt easily. And you wont get a very straight cut with a rotary tool like a dremel. I use a table saw at home but if I lived in an apartment I would just use a good acrylic scoring blade and a T square. I do light passes until i have a groove that my blade can ride in easily without needing the ruler anymore.
Best use for a mask I’ve ever seen.
Amazing
Good Bank card from you bro thanks so much it really impressive *Dawggoat* have been flexing all day with the balance nice work dawg

Hi Daniele, I love your tips and videos. I would like you to teach us how to make weird shapes with plexiglass or plastic. I want to make a rear window of a Ferrari F50 yo diecast 1:18 and I do not know how to make its shapes, I hope to see something similar in your videos. I hope you accept the challenge Thank you and cheer up.
Yes 🙏
Excellent thank you!
