That sounds great.
To describe it a little more accurately would be a diverter valve on a factory turbo charged system diverts the boost air back into the air intake or suction side of turbo to help keep the turbine spinning the same direction..... and on some vehicles you can just disconnect the hose that goes back into the intake where the air is diverted and then pull it off and plug the hole where the hose was removed from suction side of turbo that would now have a hole in it and that would function exactly the same way as a blow off valve would because its now not "Diverting" but now its "Blowing Off" (Giggity) You may get a check engine light because the sensors won't be picking up the additional air that should be going back into the suction side of the turbo.

What would happen if you use the OEM plunger spring instead of the one that come with it? Wouldn’t that spring be a little softer and allow it to make the Flutter sound or be a power loss/ non efficient?

Yeah. I do. First, don’t worry about sponsored products in my videos. 99% of the sponsored stuff is stuff i would of bought anyway but these companies decide to give them to me for a discount or free so i have to mention that it’s a sponsored video (KZhead rules). I get tons of companies sending me stuff but i only choose to work with companies I trust and with products I would (or was already planning to) put on my cars. Second, c250 is tough to get “throaty” cause it’s a 4cyl engine. However, I find the best and legal way is to delete the second cat and middle resonator. The main cat is still on the car so the car is still legal. And then replace the stock muffler with an aggressive straight-through style muffler. I did a video on it already. It’s on my channel. If you want throaty and loud, then you would have to delete everything after the main cat. And just run a straight pipe to the tip. However, that’s illegal in most states unless you plan on using your car for off-road purposes only.

If you aren’t installing a downpipe or something that creates more boost, there’s no need to retune a car unless you want more power. I don’t make videos on stuff that requires a tune. If a tune is required, then I’ll will mention it in the video. I don’t hide anything.

Erick Z first off their wheels, not rims. Learn to drive and avoid them. And an amg alloy wouldn’t be any better it’s still an alloy wheel and able to crack, if anything get a forged wheel where

same performance in my opinion. The blow off valve just sounds better especially with the rumble of the exhaust. Doesn't sound "ricey" to me.

Easily done on the E400, you should tune the car. Great numbers with just stage 1

Hey Flexx, which cell mount do you use? I like it.
It’s pretty dope. It’s magnetic and it slides into the CD player slot (which I don’t use that slot anyway). The only issue is that the phone covers up the volume knob but I don’t care since I always use the volume controls on my steering wheel. Hey, I installed the turbo tuning muffler delete v2 and no sound difference occurred. Then I just installed the gfb vta blow off valve and nothing changed as well. I am sure I have the vta and put motor oil exactly how you did in the video. Do you think I am having a boost leak of some sort? This is really puzzling to me.
Muffler delete doesn’t give off a whooshing sound. Just a tad more noise. Vta will give a whoosing sound only if the system detects excess air in the system that needs to be purged. So you either don’t have enough air coming into your system or you’re leaking air.

Turbo muffler doesn’t make a lot of noise. Intake and blow off valve is what makes the noises.

Hey Flex I got me a 2014 c250 coupe and i just put in the DV+Blowoff Valve and did everything but its causing the car to missfire just seeing if youd have an idea about that reaching out to everyone I can to fix it. Thanks brother
I’ve never had a single issue using BOVs on all my cars, when properly installed. 99% of the time, misfires aren’t caused by BOV. How do you know it’s the blow off valve? Did you put the stock diverter back on and everything was fine? Cause that the only way to know. If you put the stock DV back on, clear the misfire codes, drive around, and if there’s still a misfire, then you have a misfire issue you need to plug in an OB2 reader and get the fault code so you truly know what’s the issue.
I installed mine on my 17 c300 there is no spring it's fixed its way easier to install than the w204 just goes over the stock one and bolts on

Truly I believe only sound...blow off valves are for bigger turbos..the diverter valves are better for smaller..now these valve has both..but I don't believe there is extra air in such small turbos to blow it off..even if he puts the bigger turbo..

Either got the wrong one (cause there’s a DV+ that looks similar but has no sound). This is the VTA. Or, you installed it wrong by not lubricating the internals like in my video.

No. But my car was serviced at the 30k mile mark because my c250 had the known camshaft adjuster issue and a lot of stuff was serviced and changed. I have a video on this.

his eco boost sounds like a civic? I highly doubt that. But yeah if you install an exhaust onto the c250 it will not sound like a civic at all.
I wanted to suggest a electric exhaust cutout. I'm thinking of doing this on my 2013 C250 Sports sedan. this should keep a nice balance of keeping the car normally factory quiet and adding a little performance and rumble at the push of a button. from what I have read and seen, this set up is good for 4-6 extra horses.

Anybody tried the VT blow off valve on the twin turbo CLS550? Two times that sound would be pretty cool...if it's works and not a problem for the motor? I've had mine tuned and right at 600 hp at the wheel.. any ideas?

@@ricardogallardo5752 I've had Eurocharge take it and gave it back..to be 100% not sure everything..but turbo downpipes..cat and exhaust work..ecu tuning and they said a few other things..so not sure..but I do know it pulls like a bull, and no engine lights. We were talking menthol, but I stopped for now
How much did eurocharge end up charging you? I have a 2012 cls550 and am looking to tune it to 7-800hp
Did you get a dyno chart for it? Most DP+software tunes for the m278 are around 600 to the CRANK tops

It’s a turbo charge engine so you probably can get a blow off valve for it. You’ll just need to search for it that fits your car.

Should be the same if you have a turbo engine. We don’t have c180 in the USA so I don’t really know. Check with tornado tuning. Their contact info is in my video description.
