  • My playlist to match my new facial scars from skin cancer, as a woman having scars on the face can be quite daunting, but for me, I listen to these tunes and I can embrace them! I'm a warrior woman, I wear my scars with pride.

  • "Right now, there are people around the world who are sad. They are alone, they miss someone, they are depressed, they are hurt, they have scars from the past, they have personal problems that no one knows, they have secrets that you would not believe. They wish, they dream And they wait. And now, they're sitting here reading these words, and I'm writing this for you, so don't do it. Don't feel lonely anymore. Always remember, don't get depressed about the past, don't worry about the future, and just focus on today. If today is not so good, don't worry. Tomorrow is a new opportunity. If you are reading this, be sure to share this to make others feel better. Have a nice day!

  • To whoever is reading this: Take a deep breath and allow yourself to let go of all your worries. It's natural to feel anxious or stressed at times, but it's important to remember that everything will fall into place eventually. You don't need to have all the answers right now, just trust the journey and have faith in yourself. So, relax, take a moment for yourself, and let go of all the unnecessary stress. You've got this!

  • "You think you're a hero? That is not something to be proud of. That is a title. It is not a power. Heroes are but ephemeral beings, flickers in the grand scheme of existence. They are but dust that will be swept along the river of time as dead and forgotten things. That is because they were weak. Being a hero is nothing to be proud of if you are weak. You are nothing but a joke if you admit to being a hero when you're weak."

    • oddly(although im not the biggest fan or anything) I get pumped with a few dimmu borgir songs. mostly cataclysm children and born treacherous. something about those songs help me brace like 30% harder... although with deadlifts I usually just yell and that's enough to get me pumped. I still have problems keeping tight sometimes during bench though this stuff on the other hand is great for just brisk walking for some light cardio
