this would be cool if the Americans had won that fight. They got tied up in East Asia, as per the other video, and lost the war without any player intervention at all.

Nice! I see Germany Anschlussed in the peace deal. Looks like Poland and UK picked up a few pieces here and there, and of course the USSR was broken up fully. Mexico stayed the Mexican Republic, that's odd considering they were the revolt. Other than that, looks like fully restored 1936 borders.

Awesome video but when you are going to control a lot of armies like that on the same front you really should use the Field Marshall front line so its more organized instead of having each army trying to man the entire front. That is very inefficient and actually confuses the AI more than normal because each army is trying to fill in all the holes it spreads them out and makes the AI not want to attack because it thinks there are holes in its lines. Also I actually liked the commentary in your videos you should keep doing it and giving us facts and info as the video progresses.
yeah I always use a mixture of both actually as I did here as well, depends on the situation. Aware of the flaws of both indeed. Field Marshall fronts have their own share of problems, like putting an entire army to man 1 province width, as fronts keep changing and shifting, it tends to fail at adjusting em properly at times. So I wouldn't call it entirely efficient.

primarily due to liberating nations and returning exiled governments to em. Each exiled gov gives 5 mils and 5 civs to faction leader

it lagged randomly, likely when soviets decided to move their fronts and shuffle all troops. Nop no mods that would help it, only worsen it :) I know there are some on workshop that reduce minors in some ways, speeding up the game somewhat. Never used em though
