She has raised her kid really well mannered and respectful
You raised your kid really well, I noticed even if he did't like something that much still he did not disrespect the food. Kudos to you for raising him so well... Love from India, waiting for more tasting videos
Thank you so much:)
❤
Being a Indian, I was expecting a big no from the boy.... And seriously even if you tell us, it's not taste of your kind, we admire it as well...❤😊 We know, for the first time Spices hit very bad... Till you get used to Indian spices, you won't like it... And that's totally fair... ❤ Next time, let give him the genuine opinion, even if it's not good...❤ Love you buddy...
The Brown one in Doda Burfi, Completely white is Pista burfi, One with the pink layer is coconut one, and the yellow one is Besan burfi....Enjoy 😊
Little Alphonso is getting better in giving reviews. He is getting older and mature❤
yes he is! Thank you :)
Alfonso , though a little child, a sharp guy, at the moment of testing Indian snacks, barfi, biscuits and other food !!!
thank you!
Doda Barfi is the brown one. Made with sprouted wheat, milk, nuts etc. One of the favs in the Northern part. Coconut is the pink one.
Your spice tolerance is better than mine! That aloo bhujia is too spicy for me 🤯 Little Alfonso is already developing an Indian palate. I was amazed at how much he enjoyed those hot south Indian crispy noodles and he told you to dip the biscuit in chai which is the classic way to eat Marie biscuits 😂😂
Yes Cute little Alphonso 🥭 is a super desert taster.❤. It seems he has a sweet tooth with soft texture food palate. He is absolutely right about dipping toast and rusk in tea. However your tea went cold. In India we dip biscuits , khari biscuits ,Glucose biscuit , butter biscuit , thepla in tea and drink it. Gujarati eat methi( Fenugreek theplas) theplas making a straw out of the whole theplas.( Try it with suitable temperature ) Chai is safe for children(bcoz it has milk in it) and in some cases fussy children are given chai milk mix. Milk is the best option for kids though. ( One part chai to change colour and rest full cup milk) In earlier times Poor children in India survive on chai.Parle products are amazing, right from their biscuits like Parle G, Monaco, cheesling, krakjack , kismis dalchini ( cinnamon), bourbon biscuits to soft drinks. All taste are amazing. Parle was previously manufacturing Fanta, Limca Mangola and Thumbs up. No other aerated drink can beat Thumbs up tilldate!!! It's awesome and India' s number one drink.Better than lehar, pepsi and coca cola.actually Parle beverages was sabotage by indian politics. It's other products like Fanta and Limca are also awesome. Those who drink Thumbs up, never like coca cola( find it powdery and mild in taste) Yes packaging can definitely improve with zip locking.
Alfonso is one of the most sweet, intelligent and a very kind kid on the internet. Love how he expresses himself. Really mature for someone at his age. Sending lots of love to the both of you from India..
(Daal+Bhaat+Ghee ) with Pickle small bite Definitely you got lite, tasty, regular, healthy food Easy to cook 🤩🤩🤩
Alfanso is very good looking, well mannered kid. GOD bless you kid.
Thank you and thank you for watching our channel. Subscribe for more videos coming up soon :)
25:14 brown dessert you tried it's called Doda barfi my daughter's favourite
Next time when you go there grab all lays and kurkure flavour. The Spanish tomato tango and American style cream and onion they sounds foreign but they are made in India and taste completely different then American one . And West Indies means the Caribbean islands. Jamaica+Bahamas+ tt etc.. countries. And till the day all the dishes you have tried most of them are from West/North Indian 😂. And Britannia is a Indian company used to be British before 90's and you should try their products they have biscuits, candy , cookies, chocolate etc.. they are good trust me. Also Parle/parly and ITC brand.
Jeera means cumin seeds. It is good for digestion. So you can have it after having your meals.
WEST INDIES is the collective term of *carribbean* countries not India. Although they have a vibrant population of indian origin, their culture is a unique blend of East african (slave trade) and north Indian culture (slave trade/predominantly from North and East part of India) with a bit of latin touch to it.
Bro west side of india as she said not west indies
@@Soulmate2204 ok, sure. What flavor was the chips again? And what did she call it? You do realize that apart from Cricketing community and people from the carribbean, no body else call them west indies and its ok for a American to be ignorant about this fact, educating them isnt a crime nor it is wrong. You dont have to correct me, for i have no mistake here, and her not exploring west india or whatever exist there is up to her.
Agree!
First of all you r looking very beautiful today Jessica, and Alphonso cute like always. For all the biscuits and rusks u need to dip it in tea for longer tym till it is soft and soggy. For the sweets, the assortment of barfis is given as gifts during Diwali, not many people are huge fans of it 😂 Lays u got all the best flavors and also cream and onion is tasty. Whenever u visit India Alphonso can definitely live on lassi it seems 😂❤
Thank you very much! :)
I need mom like her 🤣🤣🤣
This is my first time watching your video. I must say your Indian palate is impressive. you know most of the spices. Alfonso is really adorable and sensible. you should try Marathi food if you enjoy spicy food. :)
Thank you so much 😃
The desert is called Dry Fruits Barfi or Dry Fruits Cake, it's usually prepared During Diwali Season, in winters to give warmth .....
Jessica please travel India. And explore Indian culture
Hopefully soon :). Thank you for watching our videos
How matured your kid is❤... Love his attitude
Thank you! :)
Your child is so adorable ❤ the way he says it's great ❤
Thank you! :)
Alfonso shocked by lays quantity😂
Doda barfi is the dark brown one which you had in sweets ..
Aloo Bhujia and MIXTURE (andhra mix) can be eaten with tea/beer/alcohol/any soft drinks.
Lovely vlog ❤️👍👍👍 It's always fun to watch Alfonso's review 😊 He is sooooo cute❤❤❤ The zeera drink you tried is made with cumin seeds. It's awesome 👍👍 I love it too. Keep making videos about Indian food. I LOVE YOUR VOICE ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you so much 🤗
I love this kids energy ❤
Perfect way to eat rusk is dip it in a enjoy yay you did it right
Awesome, try some more snacks please..
Now you have to try the desserts at a sweet shop, fresh. There are so many to try.
I'm from North India living in Hyderabad. Being an Indian I am supposed to handle spices pretty well but when locals recommend Rayalaseema Ruchulu. I swear to god my head started spinning around. After this I was convinced that Andra and Telangana people are the real bosses in the spice section. Hats off to you guys.
The word lassi means yogurt mixed with water.
Loved it ❤️🇮🇳😘
Alfonso is a good boy he llikes every thing ...❤❤ ,Alfonso is smart and cute like his mom..❤
Alfonso can eat the toast or rusk with sweet milk as well it tastes good with milk too...
15:05 if you get ajwain by taste on the first bite, you are already half Indian 😄🙏🏽🇮🇳
Indian packaging won't open if your try to pull them apart like American ones, for Indian packaging you need to tear them on top corners along serrated edges.
I came across your channel and found it so natural! 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Looks like Alfonso can hold his own food review vlog too.
Thank you so much! Yes he can be very charismatic :)
That cake rusk and whole wheat toast things are called paape in India and its a traditional recipe which all age group eat just like it or dipped in hot chai until its softens. Its common breakfast and snack.
Eat cake rusk with hot milk , and toast too , it's yum..all tym fav Indian snack of kids .
Alfonso is very cute and so not fussy for his age. Open to different cuisines and honest with his opinions😊
I have not seen you try Boondi Raita made out of Besan (gram flour) and Dahi Bhalla also called Dahi Vada with mint chutney. Both of these dishes are more interesting when served cold top sprinkled with mild red chilli powder and chat masala.
Try eating carrot pudding someday, it is very tasty, many people eat it here. 🎉
Try PARLE-G with TEA... you will love it
I love Balaji chips And I usually do combo of Masala chips & Salted chips
for the chocolate cookie you can bake it like for a minute or a half. It makes the cookie very soft and a gooey goodness.
Look forward to new videos, thanks Alonso and Jessica 😘 from uk
Thanks for watching!
That sweet was 'doda burfi'
There are a lot of other snacks also you should try.....like I would recomend you moong dal, bhakarwadi, chakli, frooti, parle g biscuit and chai is the best combination, nuts, khari again with chai, little hearts, hyderbad biscuit, and many more ...I will really recommend this to you
Tea toast or rusk are same in India You need to dip it a little longer in tea
If you dip toast and rusk for a little longer till it becomes soggy...it will taste even better
Rules of eating Indian snacks. 1. Don't drink chai with sweets 2. Eat sweets at the end 3. Eat samosa with cold drink 4. Drink chai with pakora and biscuits 5. Always eat chapati and roti before rice If you drink chai with sweets ,the taste of both will be dull.
Western people eat sweets with coffee or tea. So thier taste buds can handle it.
You are wrong here. you can drink Chai with Sweets. If the chai is bitter, sweets provide a perfect counterbalance. Sweets are usually eaten first or in the middle of the course, when it comes to south Indian cuisine/culture, hence why Sweets are served first in Sadhya and Saapadu. Samosas are usually eaten aling with chai, hence why it is a chai time snack and not a maincourse dish, samosa arent biriyani. Also, they dont necessarily have to eat Roti/chapati before rice, if you prefer Rice or have gluten Intolerance, have rice and avoid Roti, people in South and Northeast India rarely if any eat Roti. Dont push your behaviour or habit on others. Since you have mentioned "Indian Cuisine" keep in mind how people in South and North east eat too. Your ignorance is your problem.
@@user-rg3cc1jm5w I am not from South of India. And I don't force to anyone. This is my opinion for the food. But India is diverse so food habbit can be different. I am not ignoring anything and didn't say anything bad to South and North-east people.
@@SaurabhKumar-dk8nm then mention that these are rules that you follow for your convenience and not the "Rules of Eating Indian Snacks". Please dont try being a gatekeeper of "Indian" cuisine. Let people eat however they want
@@user-rg3cc1jm5w where are you from???
Also there's a tonne more snacks to try.😊
Welcome chattsghar and enjoy mahua
That kis is so lucky. He is so open minded at this age its good usually young has hell lot of tandroms ehen it comes to food. And he has tasted many flavours other than just salt and paper.
Jeera masal coke is digestivo, will help in improving digestion if taken in controlled quantity
Try bornvita cookies, bornvita milk add on. Use trail pack of 50g. Amul pro add on for milk. Your little man would be very happy for sure.
Yellow looking noodles are called sev.... Made out of cheakpea flour ... Since you liked Bhel, quick recipe from your snack collection --- puffed rice, little bhujiya, little andhra mix, onion, tommato, lime juice ,coriander .. try it .. instant snack ❤

Ngl all the eyes on alfonso ❤
For me #1 Green lays (Lime)...
Aloo Bhujia goes pretty good with cold Beer snack
Eventually, all beverage brands in this category need to be thirst-quenching and refreshing at a basic level; that is one of the primary drivers of why you have a sparkling drink. Limca is more about water-like freshness while Sprite's refreshment is what we call sudden refreshment.
Try also healthy breakfast recipes like indian poha , besan /semolina Chila😊 make a video on it too @ jessica
Just a review , but the positive vibes coming from both of you made my day ❤️
So glad!
Love you volg You should try dahi vada. Keep posting videos I love it. ♥️♥️

You can let Alfonso eat the chai dipping biscuit, rusk and toast with hot milk, and dip it enough for it to soak some of the liquid, tastes better that way.

How the hell he can handle that masala flavor lays at this age , i have seen lots of foreign people trying but they always say it's spicy. What a development of spice tolerance, great going ❤. Haldiram aloo bhujiya - aloo means potato it's spicy even for indians child and goes crazy good with alcohol and spicy banana chips too . And in India Alphanso means best quality of Mango . Such a sweet name 😊
We eat the Marie gold biscuits and rusk and toast by dipping it in chai.. So baby boy was right...
The aloo bhujjia is best had in one handful in one go.
20:26 yaa your correct but you have to wait for 5sec and eat
