I was on China Airlines recently. Butter was missing from breakfast. When I asked the crew about it, she was befuddled and had no idea what "butter" was. She simply said it wasn't served with breakfast. Unbelievable!

The airline I fly most frequently is United & I have generally had good experiences with them. The two Airlines I’ve had the worst experiences with are Spirit and American Airlines.
How is Spirit not on here ?

And also, China eastern at least has TVs, not spirit and allegiant, they don’t have TVs at all. I’m from China so China eastern is really good IMO.
United and American Airlines, both are Terrible in Maintenance and service. We bought direct flight tickets; they all bumped us to stop over flights Turning 4 hour flights to a 24 Hour flights. Both are terrible.
united is especially bad with maintenance
Most airlines is nippon by Anna and its the best
Philippine Airlines's old A330 seat configuration is a candidate for the worst airline. No IFE and seats are cramped
Bravo Kuwait Airways for not selling alcohol in the plane 🎉 I wouldn't be happy to sit in the plane with drunk people or get diverted cause people get aggressive when they overdose alcohol
I can maybe see your point when it comes to selling alcohol in economy but if someone is spending the money for a first class ticket, they are generally doing so expecting complementary alcohol.
The worst airlines …seat do not recline….food very terrible..
Could you imagine a long haul flight 15 + flight to Sydney from LAX Theor seats do not recline in the economy class…the pillow was terrible
