Necessary materials
For the filling:

1 red pepper.
2 green peppers.
2 tomatoes.

1 teaspoon salt.
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
For the crepes:
3 eggs.
1 teaspoon salt.
3 glasses of milk (600 ml).
2 cups of flour (240 gr).

Bake in the oven at 190 °C for 25 minutes.
