  • It looks like you had a good day. Is David's truck fixable or is the wheel completely broken? Anyway here's a thought. Since David loves helping and he loves fresh fruit and vegetables, maybe when you are picking something that he can also pick you could give him a small bag and he can pick some fruit or vegetables to keep and take home or munch on while he's waiting. That way he gets to help and also choose his own snacks. Obviously this won't always work, like if there is cutting or digging involved, but even then maybe he can help pick up whatever it is and put it in your basket as well as fill his little bag. It's just a thought but not if it causes you extra work because you work hard enough already

  • I wish I understood your language as I would love to understand what David is saying. Sometimes I think I understand his actions as he mimics the things you do as if he is actually doing them. The only time I heard him cry was when you hurt yourself falling into that pig trap which scared him. I dont like to see him scared or sad. David is such a remarkable obedient child with a heart filled with love for his Mom. Thank you for sharing and God guide all your decisions in caring for David and yourself.
