I'm so glad you were able to photograph and film these birds. Has me thinking how many extinct birds and animals there are that we we never know existed right up into our time that are now gone because of us.

The video will be so useful in trying to protect this special environment and the living creatures that depend on it. At 14:20, I saw the RC and, as it ain't got the antennas of the M4P RC2 ... I guessed it had to be the M3P. Moreover, I think I had a glimpse of the flying drone but could not remember where in the video. You really do know how to manage your camera. Wildlife shooting requires a lot of mastery and you did a fabulous work with your mate. And so much patience !!! Again, you brought out a Jewel. Everything is just perfect. It is nice to know that you have not only got a super eye but also ... an ear for your music. Vikas bhai, you are an Artist. Keep on the good job. You are on a highway !

A wonderful video with lots of hard work that has gone into it! The adventure is beautifully captured, edited and produced. Capturing photos and videos of birds and documenting trips is tricky, nicely done!
Tricky indeed - I was carrying around two tripods and two cameras and constantly setting up and adjusting 😂 P.s. I just saw your Currawong video. Instant fan and subbed!
@@VikasWildlife Thank you! This video was an instant sub too! I also shoot with two cameras and it can be so hard to stay coordinated while trekking, setting up etc! High effort but so rewarding! Are you shooting with one cam focused on video and the other photos?
@@NatureFilmsByJohnKha Yeah the coordination is tough - I actually took a couple of good falls on this trip but most importantly the cameras were fine 😂I have both cameras focused on video. I only switch to photos once I feel I have the video shots I need. What about you?
@@VikasWildlife I am similar prioritising getting the video sequences and then switching to photos 🙂 Super telephoto on one camera and a 24-105mm on the other for coverage! Was that the Currawong call video or the short doco film? Thanks for watching it!

I'm using the Benro TMA28A Series 2 Mach 3 Aluminum tripod. I HIGHLY recommend for traveling and hiking, it folds super small and is a good combination of lightweight and stable. Thanks for watching ❤

They made the logistics easy, are extremely knowledgeable about birds and photography, and above all are very fun/pleasant people. Seriously…evolution? Lucy was faked-evolution is a myth created by people who despise the creator. The amazing diversity and beauty of creatures demonstrates the wisdom and beauty of the One who designed them. Intelligent design. I can’t change the color of one hair by thinking of it.
Congratulations! This video is well produced, filmed, edited and narrated and a good original soundtrack. How were u able to get B-roll footage and focus on videos and stills of all the birds and wildlife at the same time. Are all the footage and still images taken by u or were some from your other tour mates if you don't mind me asking. What a photographic trip! And one I would love to go on too.👏👏
Everything was filmed by myself and one other (Juan Diego). It's a tricky balance. I constantly carried around two cameras (1 with wide lens and 1 with telephoto) and two tripods and was setting them up and adjusting all the time. It's a GRIND!
