Bruh most of these things dont have to be daily. You can trim depending on how you want to maintain your body hair. Trimming atleast every week or two is perfect. Same with shaving. Lol you dont gotta shave everyday also. All depends on how you want to maintain your body and groom.

It was the opposite for me, I started at the lowest speed then slowly raised it I find that it stimulates my gums and makes it stronger it doesn’t bleed as much and it’s less painful now and I haven’t seen a difference in my gum line so I guess it depends

Just you guys be careful with the tongue scraper. It does work well but be gentle while using it and run it 2 or 3 times. Otherwise you could irritate your gustative papilla’s and your tongue will retain more food residues and thus causing bad breath and damaging your oral health.

@@carlosdharrisjr dont user charcoal products, they are overly abrasive. I suggest just using any normal toothpaste or sensodyne if you have sensitive teeth. Pretty much all toothpaste has the same stuff in it, you just want ones that are low in abrasive content.
