I really have an important question. I have this Black Butler led watch and the paints on the bands are coming off (even tho it's brand new) so if I paint it black on the places the color came off will it stay there or will it come off with the other paint ??

You could seal it with nail varnish. Then use varnish remover when you want to change it..
Nail polish would make it stay sticky even after it’s dry. I would not recommend this. And nail polish remover (specifically acetone) would break down the silicone rubber and ruin it.

Use Boston Industrial Solutions silicone ink - The Natron SE Series silicone ink. This ink is perfect for painting or ink filling silicone apple watch bands. The ink is 100% permanent - it will never come off

Wouldn't the paint slowly come off especially if your at a pool or something
If you use Natron SE Silicone ink from Boston Industrial Solutions, the paint will be 100% permanent!
