  • This is the hardest workout i ever did 😅,but it did help me lose weight. I'm a South Indian and all we deal with is White rice. I managed to eat mindfully and a little more fiber veggies and fruits And just did this workout 5 times a week. I lost 4 kgs in a month. Makesure you're consistent 😉

  • Bravo great job! I think you responded so beautifully to instructional criticism. Your exercise, workout background is great.
