Boating just got Rocked ! Midnight Express 43 Solstice ! "Game Changer"

Its lonely at the top and today the brand that is most filmed in all of South Florida unveiled a new model called the Solstice 45. Midnight Express pound for pound is probably the fastest Center Console in its class . The New Solstice runs on the same surface as the open 43 Center Console but everything else has changed.
The console is bigger which gives much more space within the cabin they removed the live wells and it feels like a totally different boat. Today I walk with Midnight Express Ceo Eric Glaser as he explains the entire new layout.He is calling the bigger console/cabin a gamechanger just like the name of the boat we were on. This boat is fast but we couldn't max it out at top speed within the intra coastal.
Me: that’s over 100 gallons an hour... AM: that was fun...

The torque from those Mercury Racing 450's was so well controlled, they were rock steady and only the outer engines were barely moving at 70; they're really well balanced and mounted.
You know this midnight owner loves speed when they have a Speed monitor on the Bow for the passengers 😢😭🤯😖😂😅

This awesome boat was custom outfitted for the customer and I appreciate that we were able to tour it and see it in action, but how is it that the customer allows tours and sea trials? Why haven't they taken delivery? You have toured other boats at boat shows that were custom built for a customer but the boat is on display at a show. Just wondering how all that works.

Alfred, talk about the why someone wouldn't just buy a yacht. At the price of these center consoles you can get a much larger yacht...
Yeah, it gets really pricy buying all those outboards but once you had them there are a LOT of boats to choose from to put those powerheads on. If you really have the means you might go this route to not put up with a greasy smelly engine room. Or if you had engine trouble it's so easy with an out board and enough money. Or, you might be real happy with your $100,000+ engines but want to trade boats often to experience something more suitable for fishing or diving. Or maybe been there done that and now you want the full fast yacht experience and you can maybe run thru two or three boats in the usable life of those engines. Some people just live in a different world with how much they spend on their passion. Finally there is the guide boat operator to consider where the engines get hours of use day in and day out and reliability is paramount. With quick propulsion replacement a must because the boat may be booked for charters for weeks. You know the charter that gets you to the fishing grounds is king right?
