The green light on the base lights up, I meant the lights on the side of the base for different types of materials do not light up to change.
Thanks for getting back to me. I did find a video on Amazon review that walked you through all the steps but I still can’t get any steam. My lights on the side of the base do not light up either.
Oh no! Maybe it’s defective! The light comes on as soon as you turn it on.
I bought this iron and I can’t seem to figure out how to get steam. I turn it on get the solid green light and can use a dry iron, the thing makes so much noise, is this natural? None of the indicator lights for fabric type light up. HELP what am I doing wrong or not doing right. I did reach out to the seller and they responded to read the manual. They were No help.
Lynn, I don’t work for the company, they sent me it for free to review and use. But, this is a commercial grade steamer so it won’t be quiet like ones you’re used to. I’m guessing it’s louder because of how much water has to be heated up. If you press and hold the green button at start up you can scroll through the option from steam to dry. There are little icons on the LED screen. Let me know if that works.
