    • Seasonal release is better for us viewers and the animators, compared to continously releasing. Seasonal animes remove things like fillers, since fillers themselves are made to make sure the anime doesn't catch up with the manga. While Bleach fillers are peak, fillers like naruto fillers also exist. It's just better to have something like JJK, where it's entirely story, without much non Canon fillers. Another thing is that the animators won't be as hardly worked, and so can do better jobs and also have a life outside of their work. Animation is already a very tough job, with very bad conditions and having continuous releases like the old Big 3, would make animation quality lower while also destroying the health of the animators. I personally can wait more time, if it means no more fillers, better animation and the animators get treated better.
