Manny Khoshbin is the president and CEO of The Khoshbin Company, based in Orange County, California. Manny immigrated to the U.S. with his family in the 1980s at the age of 14. He got his real estate license in 1992 and has spent the last three decades building his empire, privately buying and selling more than $1 billion in real estate.   • We love Nate. He asks the right questions and works that camera properly! EDIT: He respected the Hermes Chiron as Manny's #1 baby, and for that, Manny will reward him next year by letting him drive it! That's so precious, ha-ha. Not being greedy paid off! Nate's a real one.
