WHAT A GAME. Dimon successfully reduces Happy’s refs count then simply throw waves of attacks at Happy and gave up the high ground to trap Happy’s units and shred them with V4s.
I just love to see a full display of the soviet arsenal, even kirovs making an entrance!

I sometime forget how underrated soviet infantry can be, especially when garrisoned. A mix of conscripts and flak troopers inside of the structure in the middle of the map, really limited happy's option for pushing. Not only until he had an athena cannon was he able to take the center. Especially flak troopers, people sometimes over look how good they can be especially in mass and garrisoned.

Allied constructions coming out already complete allowed Happy to get so much time back and hold in those pushes, rebuilding the Armor Facility over and over on the frontline, something a Soviet or an Empire couldn't have done.

@@JohnSmith-kj3jy I'm an Allies player myself, they have the best construction method when defending no hands down. Empire is the fastest at expanding (no build radius is broken) and Soviets take it up the bum again.
Dimon is so good and likeable that it's impossible for me to cheer against him.

Great match. I would definietely panic if my production was completely blocked at the start. Meanwhile Dimon patiently works out a plan.
The lengths a Soviet player has to pull to win against the Allies..
All it takes is outplaying your enemy to get yourself 2 refs over him for significant part of the game, and then multiple successive engagement. EZ

Almost got him at that Engagement when Happy Had 4 refs tho with Hammer conscript bullfrogs Attack... 10 conscripta intead of one Hammer more and He xould ein there maybe eh?

I found almost every Dimon Soviet games, destroy and harass enemy’s income and then slowly crush them with huge amount of forces seems his priority.
Uhm....so like....every rts game ever? Let's be real here, that is the staple of rts strategies. Dimon is just more efficient and more creative at it with soviets compared to other soviet players. But the principles of this strat is true to every traditional rts games.
I recognize a new HUD and Thumbnail style, Sybert. It's new and I don't always support "new", hence I say: It's a splendid change of pace!
3:12 i thought javelin troopers was gonna come outside from the riptide, it would have been very annoying for Dimon if Happy just put at least 1 or 2, consider the barracks has been sold

What an absolutely amazing game! Dimon played that beautifully. I will forever find the Allies irritating. "Am I in trouble? Well Ill just CRYO BLAST my ENTIRE problem away! Buildings, armies, doesn't matter!" Artillery or army in danger? Think I'll just pop a shield. And of course...cryo copters. Blech. But what a beautiful Soviet display. Even the flying blimps of doom showed up and did a little something.

How did Dimon spawn a hammer tank and a bullfrog at the same time in the same war factory?
You can build a unit, pause it before completion and build another unit. Once that unit finishes construction you can finish the construction of the first unit (unpause) and produce 2 units at the same time

Hey mate! I know CnC is your bread and butter, but would you ever consider trying out casting other RTS from similar eras? Something like BFME2 still has an active upload community I believe :) Keep up the great work!
C&C and SC2 are the RTS that I'm most interested in. Played a fair bit of AoE growing up, but not so much recently. Never played BFME2.

Great match as usual. By the way, are there any chances you will be hosting matches on custom maps by any means?
Depends on what you mean by custom maps? I'm hoping in the next year to improve the percentage of games played on the community made competitive maps, but not necessarily tower defense or "infinite money and power" type maps.
@@OneSybert Well ya' know, I was not aware that there were tower defense type of maps there, so I just said in a sense if there will be matches on standard custom maps, which can be any that is not StarCraft stuff about infinite minerals and gas. Though I would not mind that kind of stuff either way, as long as the maps are custom made and such.
Kinda unusually to see Dimon being Red and not his firm Yellow. Can't say if Orange is the color for Happy. Usually Allies are Blue and Teal. A good game, anyway. Added to Liked.

He built the bullfrog 80% and then paused it and built the hammer tank most of the way and then unpaused the bullfrog. Something like that.

Really not cost efficient
I saw people use them against Empire and putting them walled in with the ore collector so they can delete Tengus with their mines, but other than that they are kind of rare.
@@milan99cz Also twinblades carrying flak troopers are common. Flak drop with mines is devastating.

Why aren't any RA3 Uprising unit in these matches? Do people not play Uprising online, or the units got banned?
Unfortunately, uprising doesnt support multiplayer

@@kasin4444 Even if Uprising did support multiplayer, its pretty clear that balance wasn't a big priority for the devs when they designed the Uprising units. Pretty much all of them are far more powerful than their vanilla counterparts.

Gg For the allied player.... you should move mcv to middle of the map. 2nd as soon as he gave you air superiority in less than 2 minutes go tier 2 for cryocopter and knock out his harvesters. Could have won the game in 6 or 7 minutes. (He had no units)

Literally the previous RA3 video didn't have Dimon in it. In the last month I've cast more Happy than Dimon.
