I highly doubt that the fourth season of Bluey will feature the main character and her sister Bingo as grown-ups. The essence of the show, being a preschool children's program, is the play during childhood with family and friends using imagination. Otherwise, the essence of Bluey would be lost if the protagonist were no longer a child engaging in the games she loves to play. In fact, I am quite convinced that, as in previous episodes, there will only be brief future scenes where Bluey has grown up, but this will certainly not be the main focus of the show. Preschoolers need to continue to see themselves in Bluey and her friends.
Perhaps a sort of spinoff would have be a timeskip, but I agree with you and I don't think that they would or should have them grow up in the main series

Socks went from an actual puppy to a toddler, bingo turned 5, the only character we havent seen age yet is bluey. We havent seen bluey have an 8th bday party yet.

There wont be a time skip as such but they dont appear likely to recast so those children will naturally age. Depending on how long it takes to make the next series and start releasing episodes we should expect a couple of years increase tot he ages.
They've already had bluey go from 6 to 7 on the show

I recently read an article where the creator said he constantly gets requests to "age up" the characters and that's what he intends to do. But "on the horizon"? Yeah that's not accurate lol the team is exhausted after all the post-covid tight schedules and they're taking a break, not to mention that it usually takes roughly two years before another season comes out, so I'm not expecting season 4 until late 2025 at the earliest

I've been watching Bluey since 2020 and me and my little brother and sister love this show. I was 13 and I still watch 😁. What I like is that it is both very fun and imaginative for children but at the same time it also guides and moralizes adults. The decline of today's shows worried me a lot but now Bluey has become one of the best children's cartoons. I prefer this cartoon to Peppa Pig but I won't make a comparison between the two. Of course I'm not a fan of Bluey but this show is incredible.

Matt Walsh: not your fault who made me filed my parents heads with tears who waited for season 4 after a 2 year hiatus who denied me my legacy. Bluey: it was never my decision to make.
