If I had a nickel for every comment that is similar in nature to yours in seemingly every comment section of a Graham Norton video I would be able to buy a supercar. Correct, there is no talk show formatted like this in the states; Corden's show tried (thank you The United Kingdom for saddling us we that guy by the way) something, somewhat similar and failed miserably. Our talk shows are formatted differently. Graham Norton has done 510 episodes of his show in 16 years, contrast that with talk shows in the US including, Tonight Show, Late Night, Late Show, Late Late Show, Conan (which has since ended) and you are looking at 175 to 200 episodes per year. They are just vastly different shows. We have "our" shows but we can also watch yours (and vice versa). Norton is a fantastic interviewer, but we have those in this country too, they just don't exist in the realm of the late night talk/chat show. TLDR: Come up with some new comment section material people.

I love that Graham, with a couch full of Americans, said soccer. That was very thoughtful of him. And it was very thoughtful of Tom to call it football on a British show with an international audience. Everyone was being thoughtful.

It's been so from the beginning. If you've just found Graham, you're in for a treat. There's a treasure trove of interviews. Man... look for Meryl Streep kissing Mark Ruffalo, Cumberbatch's Penguin pronunciation, Bill Murray and Matt Damon drunk... and sooooo much more. The show is the best talk show there is

Apparently Tom started supporting Villa back in ‘08. For what it’s worth, it’s at least refreshing to hear he stuck with them (unlike most Americans who just choose the most popular like City or PSG)
How did he stick with them? He probably hardly thinks about them. I haven't seen him trudging out Villa Park in the rain
I’m an American who chose to support Man City 10 years ago solely on the bands from Manchester (Smiths, Joy Division, Oasis). I like their local supporters had no clue they were going to have the success they are having. I rarely miss a match. It is gaining much popularity in the States. In NYC, I often see fans wearing shirts of less popular teams like Wolverton and Nottingham Forest. I live close to Carraghers a popular Liverpool pub which is always packed on game day. American supporters take the game seriously.

Which is probably why Matt Damon once said, "This is the best time I've ever had on a talk show!" 😂😂😂 And that's why I can't believe you/we can't get it anymore. But I just checked on Spectrum On Demand and there are still 6 episodes available there from this last season. So maybe it will be back 🤞 And if not, I'm sure we will find it somewhere.
@@patbyrnes3825American TV shows are largely insufferable. The only one that was ever good was when Craig Ferguson did it and he was good because he wasn't an American. Corden (yes I know he's British), Conan, Kimmel, Fallon, Colbert etc are/were appalling and really smug, unlikeable people.

I was appalled by Julia's language. It's a family show and the producers probably didn't expect she needed a warning. Tom is actually looking mega healthy the best in years! I can't remember the last time he looked so fit.
