My Buddy Gary And I Have wonderful brook trout fishing trip in the back country, really nice brookies and had a shore lunch on a remote island in the middle of the lake
I'm so addicted to your videos! I love your style of filming. When you and Gary both hooked fish and you both needed the net at the same time...I laughed for ten minutes! Lol! Your blessed with great friends!
Lol thanks
Bob, you are hands down the coolest non pretentious guy out there! Love watching whatever you do, fixing up the cabin, trout fishing, grouse hunting, name it. You’re really cool!!!

Love your videos. What a nice catch of trout and beautiful spot! First time i ever seen a loon on her nest or even up that close.Great video Bob and Gary thanks for sharing.

Lots of fun. I love smoked trout cheese spread: One large brick of Velveeta cheese, Two cream cheese bricks 8 oz each 8 oz of smoke cheddar cheese. Stick in Crockpot and let it melt together, mix it well. Take 2 to 3 lbs of smoked trout, boneless and crumbled, again, mix well. Put in jars and enjoy on, toast, biscuits, crackers, or even back potatoes. PS If you like pimentos, you can dice them up and mix in to the cheese spread. I enjoy both ways.
Thanks

What a great video. Sure makes a fella homesick. Just a suggestion bob ,get yourself one of those noodles that the kids use in the water and put a piece on oven the gunwal to save your rods from damage on the aluminum gunwal. Take care.

So let’s take some inventory : summer in the northeast. Your butt is in a boat on a secluded pond. With good friend. Catching trout like they’re going outa style. Lunch on an island AND seeing a loon on her nest to boot …!!! Sounds like a damn great day to me in every way !! Thanks for sharing and take care Bob ! Never seen a loon actually on her nest ! That was some great footage for sure !
Thanks
I fished some creeks in N.C. and I had amazing results catching trout with a lure called a rooster tail. I have also caught reddish here in Florida with them also. They are a all around good lure. Give them a try some time.

Yep
What is the limit in your area? Good eats!
12 each
Its a shame they weren’t biting!
Lol yes
I can’t believe you have a fire going and instead of grilling hot dogs, you have the audacity to boil the flavor out of them.
Frigging right it's called Canadian freedom baby
Happy you’re out fishing, but it’s very sad how you treat the fish…especially the ones that you’re returning to the water. Rather than handling them too much, be gentle and put them carefully back into the water, and please don’t just throw them. Leave the loons alone…be responsible outdoorsmen.
Come on that’s fishing
Yes, thanks
I do not know why your boat was on the ground, and not on anything. You guys do have vehicles, so you guys can properly move your boats wherever your vehicles go. To launch a boat on water is normally not done like that. I know how boats are normally launched on water, so if you guys want to damage your boat, and have a sinking boat then that is your choice to make.
Yep
