  • Good documentary. To be fair, you may want to include the fact that 800,000 Jews from Arab countries were forced to leave their homes and flee to Israel in 1948. This is virtually the same number as the Arab population which fled Israel at the same time. Population exchanges have been a part of warfare from time immemorial. Israel chose to re-settle the arriving Jews. In contrast, the Arab countries have kept Palestinian refugees in camps for 75 years, using them as political pawns.

  • As a black African, I will forever be grateful to the Jewish state for helping my fellow black Africans in southern Sudan fight against the vicious, nasty, brutal, xenophobic, racist Arabs of Northern Sudan..the Arabs enslaved, mistreated and maltreated the black southern sudanese that they so despise and loathe, simply because they are dark and not because they ever did anything to them. I am not even sudanese yet I feel the pain of any black human being that is persecuted simply because they have a skin tone they were born with. God bless Israel forever more.

  • As a child, I was blessed with a stepfather whose family were Hungarian Jews... not all of whom survived the Holocaust, but from my stepdad and his family I learned what it meant to survive with the understanding that if you fail, it could mean the end of your people. The non-Jewish world has never fully understood or appreciated what this truly means. The State of Israel was established by a people that had survived the Holocaust and who were passionately dedicated to reclaiming their Biblical homeland. Regardless of any internal political turmoil, the citizens of Israel will always unite to defend their homeland.

    • We did suffered genocidal persecution miss. My great grandma left her paternal home during partition. Why? Because the Muslim were raping even the dead bodies of Hindu woman. Years later my Grandma forcefully fed blood soaked rice by Kashmiri Muslims who happens to be our neighbors. My Grand aunt was raped and chopped off into 2 pieces her child was thrown into river. And yet after seeing so much, what the world gives us a mockery of our tragedies? And Israel was involved in this too.

  • There is no "Palestinian land." They have a portion of land set aside under the UN Mandate. It was formerly Jordanian before the '67 war and has never been "Palestinian" in the sense of being Arab property. Gaza ia not occupied territory since 2005. Gaza could declare itself a state but they want Israel, hence the conflict.
