Switch bushings for bearings and fab up a venturi to surround the prop blades with close as possible tolerance and have it maybe 6" thick or more to straighten the flow of air adding more thrust
That experiment was extremely dangerous. One slap to the propeller and you got fragments flying around at dangerous speed.
You're pretty good with electrical engineering, I also getting into motors and generators...I would like to see you do a washer machine motor with rotor and stator.

В детстве в 80-х я нашёл моторчик с вентилятором, как сейчас понимаю, что это был от отопителя Запорожца. И так как аккумулятора и вообще другого источника тока, кроме розетки на 220 вольт, то шнур от старого утюга был присоединен к контактом моторчика. При включении вилки к розетке моторчик так резко заработал со звуком, который я позже услышал только в 21 веке от винтов квадрокоптера. Самое удивительное мой моторчик тоже взлёта свечой примерно на 70 сантиметров от земли. Как пошло бы дальше не знаю ибо я увидел, что шнур скручивается и выдернул вилку, после чего все рухнуло на землю. Реактивный момент постепенно раскручивал корпус двигателя и пока его момента инерции хватало для передачи крутящего момента на винт, но все равно шнур провода был прилично скручен, что мне 10-летнему тогда показалось необычным.
Возбуждение данного двигателя, как я понимаю, было от электромагнитов? Вопро второй: что осталось от коллектора?
@@user-eu2mz2tk8d ничего не было позже я покупал батарейки и подключал в сумме на 12 вольт. Всё хотел кораблик сделать с винтом. Но батареи садились быстро. Уже взрослым поставил за место вентилятора в трактор, только винт поставил побольше.
Что-то вы здесь не договариваете. Двигатель постоянного тока не должен работать от переменного, тем более при напряжении в 20 раз превышающем номинал.
@@2Polkan найди двигатель от отопителя Запорожца и проверь. Я не знал от чего моторчик с вентилятором, но догадывался, так как у деда инвалида ВОВ был Запорожец с ручным управлением. Недавно мне попался такой отопитель из металлолома, При разборке такой мотор был.
Электродвигатель отопителя Запорожца имеет две обмотки возбуждения (вместо постоянных магнитов в современных электродвигателях),поэтому может работать и от переменного напряжения.Пример-- болгарка,дрель и т. д.

If it's a car blower motor, it is designed to run on 12V. You are running it on twice that. How long before it blows its windings? Also - motors that are designed for the application (eg drone motors) are relatively light-weight. There is no requirement to make a motor light when its weight will be bourne by a car, so this motor, on several fronts, is unsuitable for its application.

Plus the fact that this particular motor was at the end of its life. If he replaced the brushes he may get it to last longer but it may not delay the inevitable.

@@bobboboff5326 проще вернуть его в печку, предварительно смазав и оценив качество щёток. Таким образом я ремонтировал печку у себя в Вольво ещё в 90-х годах. Тогда сразу отпадет желание заниматься ерундой из-за отсутствия мотора.
