I had cooking in my school once we got given a sauce to put with a wrap or something that contained nuts there was no label on the package and I had asked the teacher who said there were none anyway had an allergic reaction school had to pay $1000 for an ambulance and if it were a private company that didn’t disclose that there might be nuts or traces of nuts you can sue very easily.

I called in an order at a restaurant for pick up and told the worker “no cheese” at least 4 times when I went to pick it up I asked and she said there was no cheese it was even marked no cheese so I assumed it was all good. i gave it to my lil brother and after the first bite, he was going into an allergic reaction. because they still put cheese in it....yes i should've checked anyways but I thought I could trust the worker. last time I trust food workers with allergy instructions. also if your paying a restaurant for food wouldn't it be in their favour to not waste an ingredient.
