  • Very helpful. Thank you. I'm a beginner with the resistance tube. My boyfriend gave me a box of them and I decided to give them a shot. I then went to find a video to understand how to properly use them and realized I need a door anchor. The set isn't brand new and didn't come with a door anchor in the box. So, yeah.... Very informative and very helpful. I genuinely appreciate you 👍🏾

  • actually thank you very much I was wondering how I can work some of those muscles without and anchor. This helps a lot like triceps, row, chest they are pretty important thank you very much this will help

  • Ok so how can i do lat pulldowns etc with no door or pole or anything to anchor i want a freestanding item that i can attach my bands too that does not have to be attached to ANYTHING???? Live in a tiny tiny tiny tiny flat have to workout outside no fence no poles no anything.

  • Not calories but Protein, specifically animal protein, at least 500-600 calories of protein a day. Sleep is also a very important component, at least 7-9 hours a night as that is when your muscles repair and recover!
