Beautiful build 😮
Thank you!!!! 😊
Very nice walk through on how this diorama came about. Interesting to see how plaster works in dio’s and gives Great Wall structure. Subbed 💥👍💥

Just found you and binged all your videos in one go and now subbed. Outstanding work, you have inspired me to set up my modelling room again after many years of neglect. Thank you so much.
I'm very happy about that!!! Thank you very much my friend 🔥🙏
Excellent video.
thanks !!!! 🔥 🔥 🔥
I really like the choice to include the steps to break up the building facade. It makes it so much more visually interesting. These are the type of innate artistic talents that I envy because I never would have thought to do that myself. Awesome work yet again, thanks for sharing your process for all of us to learn from.
Thank you very much for your kind words! You help me to continue what I'm doing!! Thank you!

Wonderful work! Not any harder than struggling to build a plastic “house” kit, and yours is unique and 1000% more beautiful and real. The figure and vehicle are beautifully done as well. 👍

thank you!!!
Круто.
thanks!!!
Between the paper and the plaster, which product is being applied with a brush at the beginning of the video? Thank you, what a great job!
thank you!!! It's Vaseline, to prevent the plaster from sticking to the surface.
Very amazing detail. I like the style. The color is a bit oversaturated IMO, but it still works great. I'm definitely going to use some of those plaster techniques. I usually use foam, but then it's a lot of work getting the right texture. Thanks for the video.
Thank you very much for your kind words!! 🔥🔥🔥☺️
superbe comme d'habitude
thank you !!!!! 🔥🔥
nice!
thanks!!!
Está genial. Que material usas para hacer las paredes?
thank you!!!! I used acrylic plaster.
Absolutely 💯 love your work. The Bren gun carrier is awesome. Where'd did you get the extra stowage
Thank you very much my friend!!! ☺️ I made them on my own from epoxy putty
@@Octopus_Scale_Models I love your work. I make models and I enjoy it but when I see the stuff you put out I realize I am rubbish!!! I haven't got the nerve to try dioramas like this
@@spencergregory8049 don't say that, everything comes with hard work and patience! I m sure you will do great too!
Boa noite. Admiro seu trabalho, fica perfeito parabéns. Você pode me dar uma informação que material usa para fazer a massa??
Thank you!!! It's air-dry plaster
Valeu muito obrigado.
Good job! Please tell me, with what you have covered the scheme before covering it with gypsum?
thank you!!!!!. It's Vaseline, to prevent the plaster from sticking to the surface.
@@Octopus_Scale_Models thank you!
Beautiful work, George. I'll give it a go... What is the stuff you put on the paper before adding the plaster? And you used super (CA) glue to connect the pieces?
thank you my friend !!! It's Vaseline, to prevent the plaster from sticking to the surface. Yes, I used super glue.
@@Octopus_Scale_Models Great! Thanks! 😀
The model looks great. How thick are the casted wall pieces?
Thank you!!!! It's 0,5 cm
Brilliant work, and a great video. The only thing I'd suggest would be some text on one of those walls, a house number, a street sign, some graffiti, a poster - something to add a little more visual interest and scale to the scene... Ralph
Hmm, you're right, thank you very much!!!
@@Octopus_Scale_Models No criticism, just a suggestion...
@@rrl4245 i know my friend 🔥
Sorry, I have another question! Is the wood you use for the frame of the building 0.25 inch x 0.25 inch?
yes 0.25 x 0.25 inch or 0.5 x 0.5 cm
What have you marked the measurements on and then glued the wood pieces to? Is it some kind of board?
It's a piece of wood with a smooth surface
What did you use to make the plaster walls? Not just regular, everyday drywall compound..?
Exactly what you said! I use a common acrylic plaster.
@@Octopus_Scale_Models how did you manage to get it to set so well? No shrinkage, no cracks and you were able to work with it after it dried, and it did not fall apart in your hands.....
@@sammyseguin2978 It didn't fall apart because I inserted wire inside.
@@Octopus_Scale_Models ahh, like miniature rebar, smart.
Muy bueno tu video pero con q has pegado el cemento??
In which part of the video are you referring to?
3:58
@@user-mu5kk1lv8p its super glue my friend.
What do you use to lubricate the surface so that the plaster comes off without breaking?
I used Vaseline.
@@Octopus_Scale_Models understand, thanks
