Kendi bahçemde ticari amaçla yetiştirdiğim kavak ağacından yapılmıştır.
This is a poplar tree that I grow commercially in my own garden.
Amaç kahve pişirmek değil, tekniği göstermek. Ocak üzerinde farklı yemekler pişirilebilir.
The purpose is not to cook coffee, but to show how to prepare the stove. Different dishes can be made on the stove

  • Awesome, but as italian I should warn you that the coffee must be taken out before it start to boil in the caffettiera. It's less watery :)

  • A good tip for starting the fire faster: use the wood shavings or a cotton ball with some Vaseline on it.

    • The cup is much like "Guksi". It is typically made by carving it from birch burl. Im 100% sure you can buy them online, but if you want long lasting one, you have to be sure its made from burl :)

  • Çok biliyormuş gibi anlaşılmak istemem ama bunu daha önce gerçekten bu işin erbabı insanlardan izlemiştim hepsinde mantık kütüğün yavaş yavaş içten kor halinde yanıp birsürü yemek pişirmesi üzerineydi.Burda çok harlı bir şekilde yanıp tutuştu gereğinden çok daha ince bir kütüktü zaten ve alt tarafı kahve pişirdi sonrasında yanıp kül olmuştur zaten.Tahminimce yakılacak kütüğün boyutu ve ağaç türü çok önemli.İçi kor olacak ve saatlerce o şekilde yanacak.Bu olmamış gibi.

    • Evet bu söylediğiniz faktörler çok önemli, ve en önemlisi rüzgar, bu videoda bulunduğum ortam oldukça rüzgarlıydı, bu yüzden daha çok harlanıyor ve kavak ağacı da çabuk yanıp geçen bir ağaç, benim burada anlatmaya çalıştığım sadece böyle bir tekniğin olduğu ve ağacı burguyla hazırlamaktı, bu ağaç 2-3 saat kadar ateş verdi normal yakmaya kalksam 10 dk ateş verirdi yani ağacına göre amacına uygun gayet iyi ateş verdi.
