T&H Inspiration is on a mission to share inspiring wisdom. The goal is to have you pause, think, and reflect. Many of our videos revolve around the extraordinary teachings of Alan Watts that we produce with permission from the Alan Watts Electronic University.
T&H also films and releases original interviews with iconic people who have experienced successes, while also persevering through life's highs and lows. We look forward to sharing more of these perspectives and insights.
Our hope with these videos is to push your thinking. As Alan Watts said “No one is more dangerously insane than one who is sane all the time: he is like a steel bridge without flexibility, and the order of his life is rigid and brittle.” - Alan Watts.

    • I always seem to think it's because it's something that's "inherently wrong", almost a form of paranoia that the experience of experience is keeping over me - that I shouldn't be doing this, I shouldn't be letting go completely. An internal anxiety towards letting go of the self - it's the egos anxiety towards it's own death. I've learnt to not be afraid - be mindful of the experience that my ego is dying and that one day I (whether that be the body or the universes experience of itself through me), will too. For longer and longer periods I've been able to contemplate or think about the experience of dying - being conscious about that fact that my counciousness will consciously cease to be. Its liberating; face it head on. Let go.

    • @@illeatthat i totally agree with you upon to the point where you talk about letting go. I’ve had this view on life for about two years, what happens if you let go? What happens if everyone gets enlightened and realise the truth? If everybody lets go, who are then gonna build the society? We’re all part of one and the ego (literally human itself) is the thing driving us forward. If we let go and don’t follow the society, people around you will start looking down at you and you’ll lose social acceptance. Maybe there’s a reason we don’t know the mystery of life? Maybe we’re not supposed to know.

  • To the ones that didnt comprehend what alan is speaking, or why he died from alcoholism. He knew trying to search for the meaning of self would be a journey that he could not return from, opening certain areas in the mind is to breach the limit of what we all know as real, and to do that he would need to sacrifice everything hes known as sane or logical. To search for the truth of thought and self is to leave behind everything you once knew as reality. That alone would send any human being to uncharted waters, a place where you can not leave once you get there, he went to that place with the hopes for us to gain clarity to those who seek it

Who are you? then I would suddenly freak myself out. I turned 40 this year, who am I? I am named after a thought and was conceived as a thought. I was raised with a thought and now here I am STILL thinking of a thought that actually makes sense of this thought.

    • God created the universe outside looking within using His Authority! God created the Angels with his a Authority. God Authority gives life What three thing did He create with His Authority? Who creates Life? Who created humanity? what happens if u are not born with an authority? That generation is obsolete no DNA! Angels have an authority and God is the authority for All things seen and unseen which is still in existence? What keeps it in it’s existence? Who provides it to exist! The Bible is written by the express consent of the spiritual authority of who? A: Angels Bible States they were thrown down cause The Who rebelled? A: Angels from heaven. Who created the Heavenly Realm: what was need to create it? Who is on earth and why would you think the angels would be good? Who had all the knowledge of the earth? Who watches over the earth? Why was the earth created? Who is on earth before They fell? Who gave the knowledge to humans? What do humans already have to exist? If there was no knowledge of the GOD /Angels to be known to man where would the knowledge come from? Who created the universe and has all knowledge of all thing knowing all knowledge to his own authority when all things belong to Personal liking? So if angels provided this acknowledgment of knowledge to man but want servitude! They need to keep what a secret? A: their existence cause what where they doing to the knowledge of God? A: corrupt the Truth and give desires of the flesh as a perk to keep the mentally of man kind from understanding that man left to his own authority they would still fall in to fleshly desires and even cannibalism! What did the angels expose deficiencies of GODS authority as man learn about the earth and wealth only to balance the right and wrong of humanity to help reveal the self righteous agenda of mankind! God himself thru humanity protect those that are innocent while the rest of his authority become grown in desolation of life again mankind. God marvels at life with in all individuals with the reflection of your life with out controlling your life but balancing the truth that one might speak evil to be come discriminatory against his authority of his right to protect humanity in their life on earths!

    • There was no “you” or the false identity that you think is you. Almost like if you’re sitting inside a car and you start to believe you are the car and after you get out of the car you die or life ends. But only that phase ends. The only time you are truly you is right when you get into the car, once you start driving it for a while you confuse yourself as the car or become to attached to it. Then after you park the car and leave you realize you’re not the car. Now replace body with car and consciousness with you.

  • Western society puts an unhealthy emphasis on radical autonomy and individualism at the expense of social fabric. Social media also puts unhealthy weight on this aspect of being in that people become hyper-individualistic due to their self promoting ways that social media encourages. What I mean is that individualism is good to an extent, but when moderated properly. If not moderated, one will become resentful and envious of others bc they’re wondering how they stack up to someone else and how many things they have relative to those around them. Material items will never be the ultimate happiness as it is just an insatiable desire that can never be quenched. Family, community, and purpose are the most important facets of life and without them, we are nothing but an individual with no real grounded identity.

    • DMT is so much more then just a drug that scrambles your brain🙂 DMT is what puts us to sleep, and makes us dream the realest of dreams at night, hence, “life is but a dream”. And when we die, our body naturally in a way gives us a inhumane dose of DMT throughout the body. Which well, is mystical in itself. Dmt is produced by the Pineal gland AKA “The third eye”

  • The term is referred to as cultural engineering. The west believes that self fulfillment and happiness can only be found outside of ourselves. In order to be truly a concious individual, we must detach from social conformity, as it will only attach us to the external world through materialistic hedonism etc.... Hapiness is a contentment with a person's identity in the moment. If we feel in dispsir, it's an indication that we are not content with our life; dispsir can be used as a means to reach hapiness if we allow ourselves to gain self insight and overcome our situation so that we can reach that fulfillment. It's all about cultivating the internal self, while accepting change which will in turn shape our identity; identity fluctuates with our situations, which can change our core values.

  • Very thought provoking! Do we, in fact create our own existence? Why are there human boundaries in place to not allow certain pinnacles of knowledge from the universe. Borders limit people in many ways, but it is the people who define those borders, that have no borders, wouldn’t feel special if all minds were free to think, so the endless games of Monopoly all end with the same result. Wipe the slate, and start over , always with the players making the boundaries and rules, as if their text were from a prior world, and the knowledge a secret. I say knowledge is free, and could be a good thing if allowed to expand. Secret, the word itself sounds evil, but it’s the only way you can be free, keep it secret, and those special people feeling special.
