We teamed up with SC Johnson to see how LIVERPOOL FC stars Virgil Van Dijk and Andy Robertson could UPCYCLE my TEKKERS!!! ♻️⬆️💫
They put me through their favourite finishing, defending and free kick sessions to see how they could upcycle me, just like SC Johnson upcycle plastic waste around Anfield! ♻️🗑

As a CB myself there’s nobody better to learn from than Virgil ngl😅😅interesting that he says he looks into the eyes of the players I've always stuck to looking at the ball but I'll defo try that out now that the big man has said it👍🏾👍🏾
The ball can move very very quickly so there is no point in looking at the ball, because if you cant get the ball you at least stop the body by looking at it and then put your body in between him and the ball if you cant hit the ball. Thats basically defending.

I often watch their core and hips. They'll show you when he's going for a big movement because they have to adjust their balance and use the bigger muscle groups.

Stability. You use those to execute the real move, not your feint or step over. Of course they're involved, but the difference should be quite visible in the amount and type of recruitment.
