  • If your reading this, it's probably night time or maybe your studying for that upcoming test you have, or you might not be doing anything, you might just want to listen to some calming music. No matter the reason, I hope you know that everything is okay, take a deep breath, pause your studying, stop what your doing, look outside, go outside if possible, just for a minute. Take a minute to take a couple deep breaths outside, get some fresh air. Fill your lungs with the cold air outside, take a minute to look around, look at this beautiful earth we live on, it may be flawed but it's still beautiful. Just like you, I hope you dream, I hope you find yourself, do what you want to do, find your happy place, be around the people you love! Do anything that could help you. I might be a stranger talking to another stranger telling them what to do as if I know them, but I want you to know, you're loved by many. It might not feel like it but I promise things will look up for you. You'll find love, make friends with the greatest people, achieve your dreams. I hope you can live your own life, be the happiest you possible. ❤

  • I have been struggling a lot with my mental health lately, constantly having intrusive thoughts and shaming myself for not being good enough. When I listen to these songs, it almost kinda makes me wanna cry. I miss being happy and mentally well, you know? Here’s to hoping that one day, I’ll reach that point in my life again.

    • I struggled with this too. I would often shame myself for little things I did or said or simply because I felt inadequate. And now I have been working on thinking gentle thoughts. "I'm not good enough" became "well, I always try." Or I simply said my own name in my head and told myself that one misgiving didn't mean I wasn't still a beautiful human being. I know it's not as easy as "you should just try to love yourself." Allow yourself to cry. Whisper to yourself the comfort you want to hear. Ask for help. And my best advice is to stop and smell the roses. Pick a wildflower if you find it beautiful. Look at the sky and marvel at the fact that you can breathe. And listen to uplifting music :D All my love!! Best of luck to you

  • listening to this playlist makes me remember the past. what if we never drifted apart? what if we still woke up every day, excited to play together, excited to check our notifications, excited.. to be happy? what if I never quit? what if I never forgot? was it my fault? my fault that they all dissolved and moved on? i miss them so much. and I know we found each other again, I know they’re back, and I’m just happy they’re even alive, because I was so worried they weren’t, but things just aren’t the same. they’ve changed, and some of them aren’t even back, some of them are still gone. and we barely even talk anymore. and I miss when I wasn’t afraid to be “cringe”, when I didn’t care what people thought, but growing up is such a burden that I’m barely myself anymore. and I miss last summer. it was the best time of my life. and sure, in the long run none of this matters, but I can’t help but wonder what could have been.

  • I found this video a while back when searching soft tommyinnit Playlist so I could sleep but I had bad insomnia and never feel asleep until like 4am I found this and it worked so well i used jt again to make sure it wasn't a one time thing luckily to this day it works and puts me to sleep fast thank you for this video its been probably almost a year of me listening to it I don't know what I would do without this video

  • i love this playlist but one of the songs on here (ballerina) is used for an ad that plays repeatedly at my job and i got so startled when it started playing lollll. listening to the whole thing instead of the first 5 seconds redeems it though.
