  • In Australia you can get non slip matting to go in draws or under appliances etc. Usually found in craft or homewares stores. I also use it under things like this. It's easy to sew on, if you want it to be permanent.

  • The patchwork is lovely, good sewing work, much too nice for a rug, I would never let anyone wipe their feet on that. It could be a baby blanket quilt. Personally I would much rather hear a person talking and explaining about the work, even if it is done as a voice over, rather than music, it was also very loud music, but I suppose I can mute the music, it is your channel so you can do as you wish.

    • I just turn the music down a little bit but I so completely understand what she's doing. This is exactly the sort of thing I'm trying to do. I don't want to make something so elaborate and so complicated that no one wants to touch it or use it.

    • It's a fusible web that is heat activated. It doesn't have to be all that strong, just enough to iron it on so that you can complete your project.
