It’s genuinely amazing what good lighting can do for a game
It's amazing what ai can do
at best it only uses RT global illumination shadows and maybe some reflections on blades. it's far cry from how RT and especially PT supposed to look like. I even doubt RT shadows are used properly here, because they're either soft or sharp all the way, and it's supposed to be sharper closer to the object casting shadow and softer further away. so it's quite early to get amazed with anything here.

The game looks great! The female titan was very much needed. The other titans get very very repetitive. Literally hit their ankles and then go up to the neck.

First of all, i enjoyed this video, the game looks great. But what I really love is that i recognized the re:zero soundtrack during the rumbling, it's great to see underappreciated soundtracks getting the recognitiom they deserve.

They finally did it. This is the better Attack VR game but it never got the support or stablity it needed to really shine. Love the levels and how you can exit the walls and venture out a bit. It just needs people playing it online like Attack on Titan VR. I'll be checking this out later.
You can also set sail to Marley Sea of Thieves style!

All he needs now is a little more variety in the titans, a story mode, random npcs(and gore), harsher punishment for lack of skills(for realism), environmental destruction, some more polish and I’m ready to spend 60$ to buy and play. Been waiting years for something exactly like this for VR.
there titan variety generator in game already , random npc are in the work, harsher punishment for lack of skills(for realism) would be implemented when difficulty options come, enviromental destruction is already in , story/quests / missions will come much later
*Contains spoiler* This, and i'll gladly spend 10/20€ on a DLC (if needed) about the person-to-person combat. And maybe the thunder-spears. I'd love to blast titans (and people) with those things.

My biggest problem with this game is that the titan's are too reactive. That and it feels somewhat weird to get into a kill position-I think because the ODM is a bit too fast for practical gameplay, maybe?
you got confused with dlss and frame gen btw dlss renders the game at a lower resolution and upscales it to look better with ai frame gen adds 1 extra frame for every 2 frames with ai pratically doubling fps this comment is just to clarify a mistake loving the channel so far this year great vid as usual btw👍

@@Anon_2_1 You can literally use any DLSS 3 version on a 30 series card but frame generation is both a SEPERATE option and only available on 40 series cards.
@@Anon_2_1 A quick look up on the files could tell you whether or not frame generation is built into the game, and even what DLSS version is running on it. While yes, the game does use DLSS 3.1.30, it does not have frame generation built in, as the frame generation dll is not there. Generally, when games support frame generation, they will add a separate setting, as some people do not like frame generation, but do however like the upscaling aspect of DLSS. Technically, the other dude is right. Frame generation is a separate feature entirely, however I can see why it can be confusing with the way Nvidia markets this feature.

Yesss, when I found that out, I honestly had so much damn fun. I gotta admit, I like the Armoured the most in terms of functionality. The pure titans almost never hurt it and if they do, it doesn't do much.

The titans you fought in the rumbling weren't spawned in because of it thy were already outside the walls. Also the colossal titan boss breaks the gates and you can as any shifter too.

The titans seem a lot easier to deal with than in the non-VR game I played (which was playable in web browser). These ones just seem to stand around kind of doing nothing (aside from the female I guess)

How do you roll and tilt so smoothly? Mine feels really janky, and when I use the stick it confuses my brain every single time. I also feel way too fast, like I can't control my speed.

As a Veteran from the Roblox game Attack On Titan: Freedom War, I have to say that this looks like it's an improvement off of that game.
DLSS isn't AI generated frames, that's Frame Generation and that's only on 40-series cards. DLSS is supersampling, which means it renders the game at a lower resolution but uses AI to upscale the image which is why DLSS makes some games blurry
