I love Kendall’s corky personality. She says she prefers a glowy-dewy look, but ends up using Matte foundation, Matte bronzer & Matte cream blush lol! FYI: for anyone out there: A beauty blender mattifies the skin cuz it absorbs added moisture!
Probably bc her face gets oily, so she needs to use matte makeup to combat the oil that produces throughout the day, thus becoming glowy-dewy when the oil does come through.

I'm okay with Kendall being featured in the beauty secrets video, she's a top model after all. But it's her 3rd video? And pretty much all her tutorials consist of her trying to first convince everyone she's not "one of those makeup loving girls" like it's a bad thing or something. Also I don't understand why she has to mention this everytime because I get it she isn't the best at doing looks but I think most of us had the same experience with makeup while growing up. There are so many other public figures, they can call over and everyone will actually enjoy watching, for eg, Zendaya, Ariana Grande(she came out with her makeup+hybrid skin care), Nicki Minaj, Deepika Padukone, Katrina Kaif(who also came out with her own makeup line in india which is probably one of the first mainstream makeup company now that has done a great job at being inclusive). The list goes on

PCA Skin Daily Defense Mist (I think), Heritage Store Rosewater, Elta MD UV Clear Sunscreen, and Tatcha Luminous Dewy Mist. I couldn't see the moisturizer. I work for a Dermatology office, so I'm familiar with some of the products.

cuz shes narrowed the nasal bone and nostrils. the natural distance of the eyes is relative to the length of the lips and the ends of the nostrils. when you alter size of either of these features and tug your eyes up at the ends, it will give this catty, uncanny look

Ideally, the skin is smooth, soft, and supple, but it can be uneven or dull due to dry skin, blemishes, loss of collagen from aging, sun damage, or lack of exfoliation. Kendall's skin texture off camera is not the best. I think there are many many Indian celebrities and influencers which Vogue India can use in these beauty videos. nothing against Kendall, but Vogue India can do so much more by venturing into our own space. and yes, of course without filters, otherwise what is the point of beauty videos when everything is edited. Also, having someone from our own community and circle and also be so much more relatable.
