The Versatile Compact Laser-Tube 100 (VCL-T100) is an affordable tube production laser that utilizes Direct Diode Laser technology which delivers higher efficiency and reliability than traditional fiber or other solid state laser generated systems. The VCL-T100 is the first in a series of machines to be engineered and produced in North America to meet the specific demands of our local market. It is designed to be a cost effective solution for low volume tube and bar components up to 100mm (4") round in diameter (3" sq.) and lengths up to 12; with the option of 24'.

I'm in love with these. So satisfying!!
We own and operate 3 mazak machines. 220-1,220-2 and 400. This machine in this video is what we call a production machine. Holding close to the blm group specs. One thing about mazak machines is there small downtime. Down south one of are faculties houses a BLM tube laser. When that machine is crashed, and they all crash: it's down for at least 1 week. Mazak's can basically run on bubble gum and popsicle sticks, while still holding a .010-.030 tolerance.

How the G-code is generated? What CAD/CAM software is used?
It’s uses Mazatrol conversational programming at the controller. It’s point to point and very easy to learn. Or you can use EIA (Mastercam, Catia) or any other Cad software you want. But there’s no way anyone can program on a Cad software faster then a person that knows what they’re doing on Mazatrol.

Well compared to an ant obviously the laser isn't compact but compared to a star the laser is extremely compact.
