Jeong Ji-yun (born 1 January 2001) is a South Korean volleyball player. She is part of the South Korea women's national volleyball team.
She participated in the 2017 FIVB Volleyball Girls' U18 World Championship, and 2019 FIVB Volleyball Women's Nations League.
On the club level she is playing for Hyundai E&C. She is part of the South Korea women's national volleyball team roster for the Summer Olympics 2020, where the team finished 4th place

Love the way she jumps, she seems like that rising star for SK volleyball team. But look at the way Kim smiles and hugs her when she scores, Kim seems like that captain who shows admiration and cares for her teammates (although she seems scary when she scolds her teammates). But I still wonder if the bullying allegations made by Lee Da Young against her is true.
True fact so she left. She can no longer play for national team anymore whatsoever. Maybe she can play for club. But club fans here many of them don't really want her.

@@taurus_man6805 Who the hell would welcome her when she has problems with relationship overall including bullying, threatening with knife and following issues with her teammates. And you know what, What is worse Is her Mom. Her mom ,김경희, is so manipulative about everything from the very beginning of twins athlete life to now. She 김경희 is former National team member of Korea. She obviously had so much power in this field before. She abused it for twins. Her mom was too involved in choosing starting player of the game from the very young age like middle school age to twins early 20 while she has No authority with that. She was not a manager not even a coach but she has connections with many people in the field. Definitely there were some other players got badly affected, losing opportunity at their young teenage so on quit in the end, even though they have enough potential. In this context, now many fans got to know her other side. So they really don't want her. Probably fans don't want their team to be messed up by her or her mom. Honestly I don't get why international fans are so obsessed with her. Of course I know she is good as a setter. But in my point of view, her ability is not something that earned fairly. She is simply not a good role model for young Korean students dreaming professional player. Actually a bad influence.

현우리나라 국대중에선 유일하게 국제무대나가서 공성 40프로(박정아 김희진 평균 20~30프로이하) 이상 유지할수있는 유일한 공격수인데 이번부상 타격.... 너무크네.....
