@@nandu7668 depends on how you're using your phone. Normal apps like fb YT will last 5-8 hours. Heavy game like PUBGM consume a bit more.

"Never settle" Yet they give us a stupid butt crack notch and hideous huge black circle camera at the back. Even the camera is no where near a Samsung or Google flagship. They should change their tag line to "Always settle" or "Almost a flagship"

@@DoodleDoo OnePlus has the best version of Android, hands down, and they tend to care a lot about what users think and want. Unfortunately, year after year they make some questionable hardware design decisions which make me think better of buying a oneplus phone, and that's the reason I haven't bought a new phone in years.
The 7T would be a significant step up from my 6T. On the 6T, by the way, you can manually set focus to macro focal length in pro mode. I use it all the time, it's not terrible.
During the camera sample showcasing EIS and OIS I was expecting him to say more due to the inflection in his voice and then it just cut lol.
This was a really good review. Definitely super helpful. Now I know what phone to buy. Man I'm so glad I waited.
I've had my 5t for over 2 years and it still gets almost 2 days of battery life. shame to hear about the 7t battery, but 90hz IS nice...
Trust me, I have the OnePlus 7 Pro and the Warp Charge more than makes up for it. I leave the house at 7:50AM with 100% battery and come back home at 4:00PM with about 68-64% battery left (from my use). I then use the phone until I go to sleep at around 10:00PM - 10:30PM and finish the day with about 45% battery. I then wake up in the morning at 6:30PM (I don't charge the phone overnight) and plug it into the warp charge after I wake up. The phone is at 100% by 7:30AM every time and I'm ready to leave the house
i just got a one plus 7 ( the not pro variant ) and mine lasted 3 days on my last test , with webrowsing , social media , blutooth music sometimes

Waiting for the 7t pro myself. Oneplus phones are so near perfect right now, I just hope the cameras get an upgrade. Might be a bit better with the 7t pro, but I have high hopes for the 8. If they can get there cameras just a bit better, there will be no reason at all to spend hundreds more on a "better" phone.

Thank you for the video! I own the OnePlus 3 and am in a desperate need of an upgrade lol. My job gave me a Samsung Galaxy A50 which plunged me into a new era of phones. So I've been looking for a new one from OnePlus and found out that they've come out with tons of new models since my dinosaur! I'm now considering the 7T mainly for the macro feature. These cameras are amazing!!! It's putting me full frame digital SLR to shame lol.

Even after watching your comparison I still went with the 7 Pro, the slightly bigger screen and flush camera were selling points. Also with the Black Friday sale it made the 7 Pro $100 cheaper than the 7t
The pop up camera long term may have some people not want it long term due to wear and tear.

For me, for example, it is very important that screen is completely full without any distractive and annoying notch, so pop up camera for now is a best solution to avoid that
I love my 7 Pro but I like some of those features the 7T has. Definitely not worth the switch but it does leave me scratching my head. But that camera bulge is a DEAL BREAKER! The real highlight of their reveal though was the OnePlus TV! Hoping to see it come to the US market too

@@Kratos30000 I'd say the edge sensitivity that Couse by curve screen could be solved with a software update. Personally I prefer curved screen is it made the phone more boardless.

Love the aesthetics of the 7 pro, which is why mine is coming tomorrow. I waited for the non-keynote and was underwhelmed by the style of the 7t. 7 pro will be my phone until at least the 8t

The nebula blue really catches my attention, so as the camera setup on 7pro. But, the macro shot functionality is such an upgrade.

I'm pretty sure there won't be a "no notch" non-pro model until they manage to put the camera, sensors and speakers under the display. The day OnePlus launches their X model with no notch and no pop out camera will be the day I upgrade from my OnePlus 7 Pro.

The high profile camera "bump" is an issue even with a case because the camera lenses are more exposed instead of the more recessed 7pro. So the lenses of the 7t are much more prone to scratches and other damage...
As a 7 Pro user, i dont regret or get jealous. I love my current phone. I was a 6T user, im done with notches. I dont use front cam too much. Im ugly 🤣

I have both device..... but wid 7 pro no regret .... because 7 pro has better display, better battery, same camera, better resolution, notchless display, better response time in 7 pro than 7t... better in looks and better in ram management...and main thing is it looks more premium and snapdragon 855+ and 855 has literally zero difference... even games like pubg opens faster in 7 pro ..... overall pay 100$ more and get 7pro its way better than 7t

I prefer a smooth back, but currently my favourite camera bump is the rectangular bump on the Motorola Zoom. I love how Motorola incorporated their camera module with their light-up logo - its a well thought out and aesthetically pleasing design.

I will get the 7 Pro over the 7t for the following reasons: 1 - Curved Edges Since the S8 I thought it was so nice and beautiful and always wanted Curved screen phone 2 - Notchless I think notches are things from the past, really like the notchless display 3 - faster fingerprint scanner Already talks by itself 4 - More good looking The 7T it's horrible with it's giant rounded camera bump

That side by side photo looked much better on the 7T. Dynamic range is was stood out most and it was a little more vibrant. Not mad as I can't stand hole punches and notches, so I'm perfectly happy with my 7 Pro and HTC U12 plus.

I have to agree about the curvature of the screen on my 7 Pro. It seems like we share the same opinions on these devices. What's up with the sound during the smooth video sample (@7:14)? It seems like you're using a stereo microphone, but the fact that you're moving and use it outside results in a very annoying listening experience. There are pops from the wind and your voice is constantly moving left and right. It's hard to hear with speakers, but it's very noticeable with headphones.
I was waiting for this phone to be announced... Honestly the tear drop is enough for me to choose the 7Pro. With that being said I don't like the circle camera design and the fact that the battery life is not better then the Pro that has a bigger battery at a higher resolution. The best part of the 7T to me is the flat screen, but for a different reason... accidental touch inputs. I have the S10+ with the higher sensitivity feature turned on and I still run into issues. Also there would be better screen protectors on the 7T being a flat display. Too many cons: 1) Tear drop 2) Lower screen resolution 3) Same battery results 4) Camera protrusion

In my opinion 5T had the worst design. I think ultramarine blue oneplus 8 pro is the best in design aspect of all oneplus
I just left the local T-Mobile store. Switched from AT&T. The 7PRO was on display and when i went to signup, we found it's on backorder until December...The 7T is on hold until 10/18...So I opted for the T. Will pick it up Friday. I was told there were 240 people lined up launch day for the PRO with 10 in stock. They have TWO (one now) available 7Ts.
