  • This is a fantastic channel, please keep the in depth details of these small parts coming! Most builders gloss over these important steps. Make sure you do a feature video on the parts you are offering for sale as well. Great stuff!

    • Thank you. Most of the parts for this will be made by me but the Track Hangers and clamps from Armorpax deserve to be covered. I will be adding some of my own components in the next video.

  • I really apologies not commenting but I actually following much as possible your very interesting videos on your wonderful tank but unfortunately I'm working very hard driving the tractor 🚜 for my Swedish girlfriend so I'm really tired at the end of the day. Looking forward for your new videos because I I'm really impressed with your knowledge and standards of workmanship 👍👍👍👏

    • Almost finished next video. It’s slow going as I am trying to add details, work on kit parts and make my own parts. I would like to be able to produce 1 video a week but making the video record slows down the process even more. Stay tuned. There a nice scratch built component coming in the next video.

  • Great channel for people like myself, who are not experienced model engineers. You didn't mention what you used to connect the tool clamp components together. I have a set for my Stug, which I'm yet to use. Keep up the good work.

    • Hello, Sorry I lost the section of video where I put the clamps together. I put the details of what I used in text about 6min 10 secs into the video. I use 3/64 X 3/8 brass rivets. Fit them through the holes then just carefully add a tiny amount of solder to retain. Then cut excess and file down. These rivets are a perfect fit.

  • John, did you detail the kit bussel bin your self or was it after market? If it was kit supplied and you modified it I’d love to see how you did it and how many and sizes of rivets you used, thank you providing sizes too in your information very helpful. I hope to be buying a current early Tiger 1 soon and will be watching your videos closely.

    • This was a turret bin from one of the old model Tigers with the white metal top and bottom. I had started it filling the gaps and adding rivets. I had not added lids, hinges or latches yet. In the mean time I picked up components at the open day to make the new version with the CNC top and bottom. I will probably use that instead now but will have to use more rivets. Rivets used 3/64 x 1/4 brass rivets. I will have to do a video on making the bin I guess.😁
