I am learning to speak American - English to make videos. And I like your work style. like videos. Thanks for sharing with us
I just love old serviceable tools. I really like making usable again. Thanks!
Obviously you don't understand. I watch your channel because I know more than you and just want to point out your mistakes and inferiorities. I don't have a YT channel myself, because that would be a waste of my time. I'm also a huge smart alec and love how you address trolls! ;-)
Epic vise! Stoked to see you restore it to its former glory!
Next video!
Me too…
Them: Why do you use your tools the way you do? You: Because they are mine and they work….😂😂😂😂😂 Me: exactly.
Ah, we all love those crazy comments! Good video guys!
Always entertaining haha thanks buddy!
I just started watching you and the skills that you have pick up along the way. I am into doing knifes or get started in that hobby. Thank you for showing me and others on how. Great job on what you do and I will be watching even more. I did subscribe and look forward to seeing more of your work.😁
😂 my dad was a stickler for using the right tool for the job. Never use vice grips or pliers on a nut or bolt. He was a great dad! Probably the best welder I have ever seen, my son running a close second. Dad was a plumber, pipe fitter, builder, carpenter, electrician he could build a house from the bare dirt to finish carpentry. All that with less than an eighth grade education. He was an avid reader and believed if it could be done he could do it. I really appreciate your videos…you are truly an artist. I’m sure glad I didn’t make any cracks about using the wrong tools…hahaha.
Lol. Your dad sounds like a great dude! Thanks
I think everyone should have a "not a screwdriver" screwdriver. One you can abuse as a chisel or prybar with no fear of hurting it
Good video. I like this format much more than "live". Looking forward to the Wilton restoration! Thanks.
We are shooting the restoration now. Thanks for watching!
I love it! I’ll go out of my way to use a makeshift tool even when I have the “correct” tool sitting next to me… sometimes.
That is making do with what's at hand.Good job.
Philadelphia checking in. Hey Dustin, ill never understand why someone cares what tools someone uses. Like as long as the job is done who gives a shit😂😂 and if you lost the subscriber for that he wasn't worth it anyway LOL keep up the great content brother I hope you and the family are well! Have a happy and safe New Year going forward 💪
saludos desde Chile..🇨🇱
Saludos 🍻
I can't find the liners that GLOW IN THE DARK. were can I get some of these please?
Watching a Handtool Rescue video, I was tickled to see a box on his shelf labeled "shit chisels", that he uses for jobs other than chiseling... you're doing fine.
Tool that makes the job done is correct tool as simple as that. You can have all the tools in the world ,but if you're hands growing from your ass they won't help you.
Whatever Works Ignore the Jerks!
Once I assembled a gas grill with nothing but my Leatherman just to say o did. Sure there are better tools, but so what. Same way I use my pocket knife.. not always perfectly matched for the job at hand.
Those sort of people who make comments like that haven't worked on site where you don't have all the correct tools all the time, you sometimes have to use whatever is to hand. But sometimes it is just because you can't be arsed 😂
if the tool worked, it was the right tool.
Didn't see any'' channel locks''' per say lol. Fyi I'm from the meadville area. Lol. Jk
Lol! Man its your shop and tools f'@k em!!
The right tool is what get's the job done... EOS. Any further discussion is WOKE.
To be fair to us tool snobs - we're here for that reason. We want to see a knife made by hand, from scratch with a hammer and fire. I even prefer coke forges over propane because they're not the same. We want to see axes brought back to life, to see it bite wood again. Watching someone use the the wrong tool for the job makes me itchy - I don't like it. That's my 2 cents.
Lmao! Anyone that high strung, I’d rather they leave. You’re not doing an instructional vid and there’s no one out there that hasn’t grabbed what works and is convenient at that time, or doesn’t own every tool made. To call it “fucked up” is hilarious. It doesn’t even make sense to me. Like you did something hateful or harming people/kids. 😅😅 good riddance.
