Photographs and films shot at the Temple of Hathor, Dendera, Egypt in 2008 and 2012, compiled into this version made 26 December 2021 to make up for the winter and Covid gloom. If you haven't been to Dendera, one day I hope you will - it's one of my favourite places in Egypt. If you have been there, I hope this takes you back.

The bird song and human voices helped to imagine a living temple in its time. Ecellent.

My 2 favorite temples in Egypt are the Hathor temple at Qena and the Seti I temple at Abydos. Thanks for sharing.
Great to see you back Guy. Dendera is certainly beautiful. When you mentioned an accident, I was of course reminded of Agatha Christie's Death On the Nile. If you'd bumped into Poirot thumbing through his Baedeker I wouldn't have been at all surprised. Talk about majestic ruins ! Have a happy and safe holiday season.

One of the best videos I have seen on Egyptian temples in the no small part because of the lack of ridiculous music. What music you did play with most appropriate for the subject at hand. I can’t thank you enough I will be checking out your other videos. I thank you very much
