  • 26:23 Sacred monotony. The word in arabic for monotony is رتابة. There's a sameness to every single day of our life on the devotions we do everyday. The sacred monotony allow to a spiritual awareness.

  • Hamza Yusuf is one of my favourite teachers. I do however disagree with his believe on consuming meat, and a vegan diet being the best diet. A vegan diet has throughout history been a slave diet. Most of the healthiest groups of humans ate a meat-heavy diet or a carnivore diet. More than 85% of vegans quite their plant-based diet within 3--5 years due to severe illnesses. Babies born from vegans are weaker, smaller, and have drastic increases in diseases/disabilities. Carnivore diet is famous for healing almost every disease possible. I am a Muslim that eats a carnivore diet due to its healing powers (have severely sick for 24 years of my life). Veggies cause autoimmune diseases. Also, even fruits and veggies (carbs), trigger my nafs and pull me away from God (especially the "ADD" that it causes for me). Eating a strict carnivore diet heals me, gets rid of any demon (nafs) trying to overpower me, and brings me closer to God (mental clearness). Millions of others today experience the same with the carnivore diet, and science is backing it up (especially many of the latest studies that disproof the vegan lies of the past). In one of Hamza's other videos, he speaks about the news/media being lies etc... and I like to remind that Western science is very much the same, especially "research papers". Meat is medicine for mind and body. Low testosteron for example is the reason of feminized men. Unloyal men are the ones with lowest testosteron. Men addicted to porn too, have the lowest testosteron. Vegan diets destroy T-levels as we need cholesterol for testosteron, and the onpy fatty acids that humans can convert into cholesterol and accordingly testosteron is animal fats. All our hormones are made of fat (cholesterol), our brain too, and about 98% of all cells in our body too. The "no meat" movement is the work of the anti-christ. Colonial Britain removed meat from the Indians their diet as they knew that it would make for a more obedient, and less intelligent people... making it easier to conquer them.
