Ma Sha Allah! Very nice video of your flight from San Francisco to Dubai on Emirates. Take off and landing were smooth. Food was looking very delicious. The crew is also friendly, I mean I haven't had any negative experience with Emirates. That's why I've been flying with Emirates since 2008. Stansted through Dubai via Singapore to Perth and return was a disgrace recently! Cattle truck seating configuration, tonka toy headsets, wonky sockets, hot food choices ran out, bitter and acrid coffee, crews exhausted and harrasses - reprimanded a Purser for his aloof behaviour - dire, simply dire!
thanks for sharing your experience . I am sorry to hear that, may be you can leave your feedback officially so they can pay attention and do something. what i can tell is definitely in economy hostess/hosts are not that cordial as they are in business class and sometimes they do reapond unpleasently. it may be because of thw work load but whatever the reason they should be trained to handle the load in the same manner.
