My future plans is to build a car(well not myself but with help from others..) with a 2JZ-GTE engine. Anyone got cool suggestion what car to use as a base? I don think anything of mazda tbh.. but i once saw cool looking RX7 with 2JZ-GTE and my brain slowly wanted to become a "car fagget" :D

  • :D I think the reason for Trueno's (or any other AE86) exceptional handling abilities comes down to it having solid rear axle. It's not sophisticated, but somehow it just works... handling is very progressive in every situation, works very well in drifting too. With just minor mods, AE86 is just amazing car to drive. Despite it, stock CRX is faster on track than AE86, according to Best Motoring Japan. Especially in relatively low powered cars, layout doesn't make such a big difference.

  • Wow. Too much power, seriously. What's with the repeatedly slamming the gas when loosing traction? Just slowly put your foot down. If you get some wheelspin just let go for a bit. Really, easy does it with that much horsepower.

      @sbcspeed@sbcspeed10 жыл бұрын
    • sbcspeed Cams for turbo motors are typically milder than all out N/A builds. Typically that's because you see N/A builds that are stroked or bored out to compensate for power which means a high lift is more necessary to fill the larger combustion chamber.
