My other dog played along and he became intrigued - now its a daily part of our routine - about 3 times a day we do the shell game and the muffin tin game. I am so grateful for coming upon your training techniques!

The parts of the guideare divided: part i know your dog part ii the seven commands part iii cures for 7 behavior problems. Each chapter presents a topic, a dog's story, and a "what to do". Haha same! Just got back from vacation where we had a hard time collapsing our ‘collapsible’ dog crate so started researching better crates with the mindset of ‘I don’t care how much it costs! Best of the best for my pup!’ Turns out I do care 😅 I don’t think this would collapse to fit in a small plane anyway. It sure looks nice though!

I just bought this crate after purchasing a cheap metal one. I love this crate. It is worth every penny especially if you are going to be using the crate for long term.
Ur videos definitely helped me become confident when me and my mom got our shih tzus Coco and Charlie. We knew this change of having two little dogs in the house would be huge, but after watching so many of ur videos preparing me for the big day, I used practically all of ur tips and tricks, and they’ve been so helpful even to this day. @@dianastamos4439 My family and I were originally looking to adopt but no dog matched what we were looking for. We started to lose hope when my friend told me about this woman who is an experienced breeder and she takes very good care of them so she doesn't make them just unhealthy. So I told my family that I would look into her and they were fine with it. So we were originally looking for a rescue dog but we couldn't find anything. And also please may I point out that Wally is from a breeder. Rachel also says there is NOTHING wrong with buying a dog.

Quick question, would you recommend using this while the dogs are puppies then they could "graduate" up to a bigger (different brand) one once too big for this small/med crate? Or bad idea? I love the idea of this crate in med size but not sure how it would play out once the dogs grow. One is a austrailian labradoodle medium size, and the other is a pitbull. Would work great to train them for a few weeks/months though?

Hey Rachel / everyone, I am teaching my 4 year old dog to crate training now. She has always had another dog or a person around so I haven't had to crate train until now. My new roommate and I work the same schedule so she is home alone now. she is showing that she has separation anxiety big time. I first noticed this when I was visiting home and I had to leave her at my parents house but once someone came around she was okay, but they could tell she was still very anxious because I was not around. When I leave her at my apartment she scratches at the door and now it has become a problem because she is scratching so much its taking off the paint. I am having such a hard time crate training because she is comfortable sitting in the crate and laying in it but once the door is closed she starts to cry and scratch at the crate door even if it is just for 30 seconds. Just this just take a lot of time? I reward her for staying in there, but again once the door closes or I walk away she starts to cry.
Does the groove toy work in regular wire crates? I love the toy but I can’t afford the crate.

We are getting a mini goldendoodle and the problem with the diggs crate is the height. We were told the proper size of crate will have four inches above the top of the head when seated. It looks like Wallys head is already at the top. Your thoughts?

I had the same reaction. Wish I didn't feel it's too much, but I'll be sticking with the collapsible wire crate with divider and front and side doors.

Love this crate but it's not in my price range. Can you reccommend another crate that's cheaper but also still good? I'd prefer one easy to fold and carry as well. I plan to travel with my dog.
Do you recommend the medium? I am torn between medium and small. I have a 15 Lb bichon/shih tzu. He seems to get anxious while confined so I am thinking medium but is that too big that he can have more room to be disruptive.
