Nice, and brings peace within oneself. Just one thing, I don't include narcissistic nor egotistical people into that circle of people all over the world! Because, they don't have a good core. They only want to harm. I learned that after years of very nasty hardships. They must keep far away from me, and my loved ones!! 🙏🌟 Peace and harmony is my daily goal. 🙏🌟

I was already in peace, but tried this meditation anyways and it made me feel anxious. 🤣🤣 I couldn't go past the middle. I guess the intent of this one was for the good but boy just hearing about all that negative stuff lowered my vibe a little. Now I have to clear my mind, but it's all good. I was feeling so much joy before this meditation that I can't get really irritated at right now.
Yes, strange, I had that too. Couldn't go past the middle. Especially when he asked we include all people we know!! Ugh. No!! I only will include those who are kind and beneficial, now. Not, any others. Plus, I thought this meditation would be just for ourselves. To center ourselves. That inclusion thing is wierd. Anyways, his voice was soothing!
Yes I fully believe you God:s blessings helpful for me Sir Jeffery Allen's descriptions helpful for me when I really possible to understand your language perfectly realize as you. Also by his helpful description about this universe and it's every parts have it's own creativity which flows automatically in every one's heart wirh peaceful feelings. I am also feel this flowing. Very sweet to feel this wave frequencies .

How do you let go of fear , judgement and flow gracefully ? It’s not as easy as just saying we let it go 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️
I agree with you. It is not easy, and I think it is only natural. I am not quite sure what Jeffrey Allen means here, but even though I don't think it is even possible to simply let fear and judgement to go away (in a way that they won't ever come back), I believe that this practice works as a relaxing kind of mindfulness practice, where it is possible to calm down our nervous system. I interpret Jeffreys message in a way, that I "let go" for only a moment, for a short moment, not for a whole life.
Your calmness is medicine for my soul ✌🏽
Thank you Jeffrey! I was really getting into the groove, then it ended abruptly with Vishen coaxing us to sign up for the mind valley app! Not cool! Sometimes I avoid your videos because it seems like Vishen always shows up and butts in, with his energy being the opposite of yours. 😧
I can't stand Vishen, either! Tried, but can't force myself. It's just that way. Yes, he barges in all over the place! A salesman, doing what he's best at, selling! Indead, without him, the meditation would've been beneficial.

Vishen is a great entrepreneur and has gathered a great community, don't share you guys' opinions on him!! 😐 Maybe it stems from Vishen being on the spectrum, I think he has Aspergers, so that's maybe a reason you guys feel like he's off!! But he's actually a genuinely kind Soul!! ❤ He may just not be able to display his emotions as good as he would like to, because people with autism can't always display emotions that well!! So that may be the reason he could appear to some people as "cold" or "off"!! But he invests A LOT of time in the betterment of humanity and raising awareness for spirituality, or else kind-hearted people like Jeffrey would never bother associating with him!! ❤😊

I would like this meditation to not mention words “country” and “crisis on the planet”. I am from Ukraine and I am a refugee. How can I "let go of judgment on this 'crisis'" when there is a real war going on in my county? This is not an imaginary fair, my family and friends are not safe, people die for no reason every day because of the cruelty of another country. When Jeffrey started mentioning "country", this meditation stopped working for me. It was actually very nice up to that point.
Try to remember that nothing absolutely nothing holds a value of any sort unless and until we attach a measure of value.
Too many questions for me to feel at peace
