It's got nylon strings (which produce a warmer and mellower) sound, rather than steel strings (which are twangy), the bridge is significantly wider than acoustic steel-strings, and the acoustic body shapes are entirely different (not to mention they have different support frames). I'm a player of Spanish guitar btw
