  • The benefit of learning Muay Thai is that it will keep you disciplined and protect others in times of trouble. And don't use Muay Thai to bully the weak, but use it to protect the weak. As long as you are not reckless, it will always make you stronger and win. And will you beat someone? You need to keep practicing. and develop yourself to move forward Don't insult or challenge something you don't already know. Because that will make you lose and shame and become your own stigma. If you want to beat a Thai boxer? The first thing you need is to be brave and not afraid of getting hurt. The mind must be patient and courageous all the time. If you continue to provoke and use your defiant words like this. You will never see the light. Respecting others will make you look valuable. 🙏🇹🇭❤️ Rodtang Jitmuangnon 💪👏👏
