Everytool is most car factories are already preset to the correct torque (even the air hammers) they just use the right tool set up for whichever bolt they are installing. But also this could be a “if it fits it ships” company in the vid so who really know. But youd hope so.

@@MrManuel1329 this… you can also do this with your impact guns. If you cannot get the manufacturer torque delivery specs. Get a torque measuring tool and apply torque with all setting with your impact gun and you will know the torque range it will deliver. Granted, their tool is more consistent.

This is crazy assembly. Anyway I worked in car part manufacturer and everything was tested. When they trest those engines they will leak like sieves mark my word. Who assembles crankcases without a gasket or sealant is idiotic manufacturering.

Dude can assemble like a boss, now add in proper thread lock, torque each bolt correctly, and maybe look into these things called gaskets. Also using the proper oil while assembling helps so you aren't starting up a dry ass engine for the first time. Nothing like a couple dry revolutions to break in a motor

@@NinoJoel everything is checked with hand tools in a quality ran environment. Go to a Japanese ran factory, the air tools are set to below the specified torque, then it must be torqued with an actual torque wrench.

Lots of viewers commenting on the lack of torque wrenches and I agree that outsourcing to developing countries is what helped get us to the painful point that were are at now in The economy but I happen to know that their impact wrenches are set to torque specs so they dont gave to torque their bolts further. Also, lots of people commenting that there were no gaskets so I started to look for them and saw them in all the major components - have to look closely as the are same color as the aluminum except for one that I saw which was a line of silicone around the joining surface

the biggest problem is there isn’t any lubricant on any of the parts which protects each piece of the engine/ material and checking the functionality of the product but the assembly was sound though!!! Got to lubricate everything guys!!!

Everytool is most car factories are already preset to the correct torque (even the air hammers) they just use the right tool set up for whichever bolt they are installing. But also this could be a “if it fits it ships” company in the vid so who really know. But youd hope so.
Theese engines are super forgiving on torque specs. Most important is the flywheel and the cam sprocket.

@@MrManuel1329 this… you can also do this with your impact guns. If you cannot get the manufacturer torque delivery specs. Get a torque measuring tool and apply torque with all setting with your impact gun and you will know the torque range it will deliver. Granted, their tool is more consistent.

You know it’s high performance when you don’t even need a piston ring tool to slide the head on 😂
The cylinder has a bevel on it to compress the rings as you slide it on. All of them have it.

I have a similar engine. 50cc and msybe made in another factory. Starts up every time and seems reliable enough to run at full throttle 20km or 20-30 min. Also it has around 2000km on it. Mayve i just got lucky haha😅

You do mean brilliantly BAD. As others have said these engines should leak oil. This is stupidity at its best. I've owned Japanese bikes and they never drop oil they are properly built. This is crazy assembly. Anyway I worked in car part manufacturer and everything was tested. When they trest those engines they will leak like sieves mark my word. Who assembles crankcases without a gasket or sealant is idiotic manufacturering.

I was a diesel mechanic for 30 years and when I was a kid I used to build model cars and model airplanes and this is what really helped me to become a great mechanic to be able to install and remove and know where all the parts go even
Being a compentent mechanic is more than Just knowing where the parts go. It's about understaning tolerances and assembly techniques.
And you approve how they are assembling this?
Break it down to you no torque wrench no proper glue for the nuts that's going it's a aluminum engine motorcycle vibration mate nuts and bolts loose this is why you need the proper torque and the proper glue..... And when I say glue you should know what I'm talking about
But no I do not improve that insulation that's why I don't buy that !@%$!
This is why you always tear down these engines when you get them and re-assemble them yourself the right way.

The pressured air tools have a set torque for that single task so no need for manual torquing
@@NinoJoel everything is checked with hand tools in a quality ran environment. Go to a Japanese ran factory, the air tools are set to below the specified torque, then it must be torqued with an actual torque wrench.
@@donniev8181 it is unnecessary with properly maintained and adjusted tools thought. If you look at large factors producing cars they don't double torque there either

Believe me, these older engines are very durable and easy to repair, miles better than today’s, variable vvti tti sti crap! We used to call the new ones “feather engines” because of how soft they are.

Lots of viewers commenting on the lack of torque wrenches and I agree that outsourcing to developing countries is what helped get us to the painful point that were are at now in The economy but I happen to know that their impact wrenches are set to torque specs so they dont gave to torque their bolts further. Also, lots of people commenting that there were no gaskets so I started to look for them and saw them in all the major components - have to look closely as the are same color as the aluminum except for one that I saw which was a line of silicone around the joining surface

the biggest problem is there isn’t any lubricant on any of the parts which protects each piece of the engine/ material and checking the functionality of the product but the assembly was sound though!!! Got to lubricate everything guys!!!
