What if you have no dreams?I never thought I will live this long so I have no dreams or hopes
Thats a really good question i'm asking myself too, still didnt figure it out but i'm training every day trying to improve, what for ? No reason, no bug dream just for the sake of being better thats it.
I think we do it to keep our minds quiet. To get rid of some of our issues. I am w you.
If you have all you want then focus on having an unlimited supply of what you need. If you don’t think you can get what you want then focus on changing your perception. assimilate positive people behavior until you can create your own
Pick something. Something you are interested in. And move towards it. But move. Don't think about it, don't talk about it. Move towards it. The dream will come.
Lots of good ideas here, I suggest promising your self to be better then you were yesterday. That's an easy dream. Learn one new word, do one push up. Go for one walk, clean one room. Just dream to be better then yesterday.
