my wife was not impressed when she first say in it, but when she reclined then I popped out the foot rest and she was in heaven. SO happy you liked it.
Is this model better or the other model where the backrest is made of one piece?

Just out of curiosity, what mattress do you use?
I have no idea, my wife picks it, and I buy it, keep it simple ;)
So the main question, which Newtral do you prefer this one, NT002 or the MagicH?
Well, this new one feels more solid, but the neck rest on the NT001 was better though probably still not used on either. The NT002 seems nicer so far. I gave the 001 to my sons girlfriends brother, I asked for it back during this review so I could compare on my own and gave it back after, but he loves it, I love it too. My wife prefers the 002 as well.
